Love the storage, it folds right next to my weight set in the garage and hardly takes any space. I wish the covering material was a little bit tougher. I have a feeling that in a couple years it'll tear, but the bench is very well priced that I would just buy a new one.3 month usage review. Awesome bench for someone looking for compactness and storage. I did have to drill a couple holes to adjust my preferred seating position and leg bar position but that's only due to my personal preference. It's very sturdy for normal workouts, but for anyone going above 100# dumbbell press it wobbles ever so slightly. I would probably go with a fixed bench if that's the case. That being said i can accomplish 99% of my normal gym workout with this setup. Very happy with the purchase.

You should try making daily vlogs or frequent vlogs and do not restrict to 30 seconds video. Your voice is much soothing and you sound way sensible than most famous Indian vloggers. People will follow you if you have content in your channel.
The normal place to keep your barbell is the one where you place it while flat bench (long arms are helpful) and also it can be kept at lower points (screws) where the fly arm are tied.
Dumbbell wali machine ka link video ke description mein dia hua hai, vaha se dekh sakte hain. Es machine k sath nhi aata. Weights lene pe uske sath aata hai
Bhai tricep mein full range of motion bilkul milta hai. Video banane ke time jo wire available thi woh change kari maine, thodi longer wire lagai toh poora range of motion mil raha hai.
Es machine ke sath weights nahi aate, baki video ke description mein aur machine optioms diye hain jinke sarh weights aate hain, you can check them also.
Butterfly exercise thing is present in the machine but it just not meets the natural body posture with anyone doing it and so I removed it. Thsu have shown how to do it with dumbbells. If you will see my installation video there I have shown why not to use it. Hope it helps, subscribe.

2 screws on top vertical between 2 pulleys , reverse them, screw head towards rope and end towards ceiling, otherwise it will cross the rope and worn it

40 kg easily lag jata hai (10kg ke rwo weights on either side), phir 5kg ki plate ek ek side karke ajati hai. Toh 50kg ajayega agar 10kg ki plates bahot thick na hui toh

Normally 27mm to 30mm dia hole ki plates milti hain market se PVC wali. Baki you can use any diameter plates which will fit into the barbell you have.
