Well the model also stand there for 100 years changing dresses
The cameraman/woman lives through everything
(5) missed calls - Harvard
I haven't pooped for a week what should I do?
Dummy, getting likes is different from getting votes
1:18 I call this “the Dolores Umbridge” 😂
Only Potterheads Understand lmao.
😂😂 I can't unsee it now
Ahahhahaha
omg yesss
I call Jackie O
All the elegance went straight outta window in 70's lmao
true
👍
Yup...pretty much
i mean some of the outfits werent the best but the last one is pretty nice, whats wrong about it?
@@user-m4l1ce Not that there's anything wrong with it. It's more about people's perspective and opinions on the clothing style.
The early 1900s were some of my favorites in Woman's fashion. Such pretty dresses and styles back then. 😍
I am in love with the 1935's style
Me too!
Yes😍
can't agree more!
Me too! Loved 10's, 20's and 30's The 40's were also good
2005 has a special place in my heart lol
missed the 2000's years
Eu me vestia exatamente daquele jeito.
They nailed the music
I remember when I’d wear one of those lacy silky camisoles like the girl in the video and my mom would ask me “why are you wearing your lingerie outside?” 😂 Also, my school banned them because they were distracting! 🤷🏼♀️
Yes i agree, and it was the year i was born 😍
The early 1900s still had a sense of elegance and style in my opinion
Yes
yeah i want draw hat but that dont work if no one else do it :(
Theeeeey dooooo, every movie and series dating back to that time always makes the people back then much more good looking and sophisticated. Of course the actual society was worse for an example the view of women but my respect at them is high in 1900-1950 when it comes to fashion.
Not just your opinion but factually
could everyone afford that back then tho
She freaking nailed the 80s and 2000s, from the outfits and makeup to the mannerisms.
the 1980s and 2000s were the best decades, I reckon. Very creative and fun.
Yess the 80s one was really beautiful i LOVE the big hair and bold makeup!!
Why does this lady rock every outfit? I'm so jealous lol😂
It's her job.
I went to high school with this chick haha
@@jasongardner6203 is she nice?
Because she is so skinny that everything looks good on her 😂😂😂 if she have had a more womanly curves, then she would not look so good in everything, just in half of outfits 😉😉
@@happygoluckystar8069 that's why i like being skinny
I like how the 90’s one looks cute and comfy
the 1935 one is beautiful and classy 😍😍
I remember watching this video almost 10 years ago.. I can't believe we'll be in a new decade so soon.
The style back then was beautiful. I live 1945 and 1965!
Live or love? Hopefully both!!
agree-----AWEsOME
That-Art
so-GOOD
I love the 1935 outfit so much. I would wear that today. I might change the colors a little bit, but other than that it's gorgeous.
1985 made me look at my mom and say, "you grew up in this era?" XD
Stfu
Oh i know she ate with her outfits
1930s and 40s are my favorites, women looked so elegant!
Same!! Even the 10's and 20s
same
0:46 looked so pretty
I'd wear the '75 and '95 outfits today!
80's too:high waisted jeans
+bloom winx But not the make up or hair 😂
same
+keltribel And I'd wear the '25, '35 and '45 outfits today 😂
+Żbikozilla aka Zwei Yes. I loved the 50's dress and yellow accessories, also.
I actually kinda liked the trend between 1915 and 1965; it's bright and simple and I think it would be nice to try those decades' clothing :
Yeah I hope they make a comeback same, with the mens 30s and 40s
I actually kinda liked the STATE between 1915 and 1925; it's bright and simple and I think it would be nice to try those decades' clothing
@@Christopher.Colberg feminists disagree
The expression of the model is up to the mark!! Very nice
1935 was adorable😍😘🍪
Very nice
Agreed
she’s such a pretty lady! and the 1935 outfit is so elegant.
love everything in this video. the ONLY thing I would change is the jeans in 2015. no one wears those omg. and if they do, they're not wearing them in a fashionable matter.
Marco Rea lol, you know nothing about fashion honey
I'd say high waisted shorts or skinny jeans would have better represented this. I'm not a huge fan of boyfriend jeans either and rarely see people wearing them.
tea so? doesn't change the fact that what she said was true women that wear boyfriend jeans are a minority
TheQueenJiyeon Maybe the unfashionable people LOL
Most of the video was wrong but hey who cares, it's not a documentary, no one expects it to be accurate in the least.
incredible actress or model 👏🏻, she catches perfectly every vibe
1915-1935 were awesome
THEY SHOULD TOTALLY PUT THE mens and women's VIDEOS SIDE BY SIDE as one video
Hilaurenb1 Ikr
Or dress up an entire family through the century
i love the 1935 style!!😍😍😍 its like even better than the style for 2015
I personally think we could go back to 1945 fashion. To be fair I am addicted to 1940's history
+Joud Zakout lmao as if you could pull that off
+Joud Zakout Plus you look like you're ten, so stop trying to act like you're 16. Go play the cup song with your little friends again and go make a vid about it part 2 yay! 😒
+Jinsthetic TRUEEE
+Lorisa Perez Ikr... But I'm boney...that was sorda hurtful lol but you do have a point
I love the bright colors of the 60's, the beautiful ensemble of the 50's, but I have always favored fashion from the 40's. very classy.
Has to be from the 1920's to the 1950's for me! So elegant!
I like the little gloves they wore back then. so elegant and classy c:
Yay for the 20’s dress! Many people seem to think 20’s dresses were mid-thigh, but this dress had a much more accurate hemline.
They are all nice up until 2015 my favorite is 1980s
omg 50's fashion looks fabulous!!!
I LOVE the old looks! Especially 1945😍
same
yeees me too
True! I had to play the usherette in Annie, and picking out the clothes was the best!!!
As soon as it gets to 1995, 2005 and 2015, the distinct styles sort of fizz out and blend into each other, for me anyways.
Ryan Toledo Agreed. If you asked me to describe 2000s fashion ten years ago, I wouldn't be able to do it. But now, I can look back and say, "Okay, those were the major trends." And we're only halfway through the decade, so who knows how much style will change by 2020?
1955, 1975, and 1995 just the most fascinating for me
Oh god THE SHRUGS FROM 2005 I REMEMBER THOSE MISGUIDED DAYS
Tori N. That was my least favourite!
Tori N. What about the baggy cargo pants, crop tops, sketchers and black plastic chokers from 2002? Early noughties were a dark time... lol
Tori N. I remember how low-rise jeans were inconvenient, and bell pants and satin were a must with silver necklaces !!
Tori N. Low rise pants so low the zipper was *maybe* the size of your thumb. Weird flare pants with lace up sides. Halter tops with lace up sides. Actually, anywhere they could put a lace or button snap-up for possible wardrobe malfunctions later...
+Tori N. Don't get me started on the denim miniskirts!
100 years of teen fashion would be amazing
I swear the one at 1:20 looks like Delores umbridge
That's what I was thinking!!!! XD
My thoughts exactly!
i thought she was released to fight in the war then killed
That was what I was thinking about
+Alyssa SoftPaw (Liz) i was about to comment that XDDD
the first ones are by far the best.
the 1975 one is stunning
reminds me of pictures of my grandmother when she was young
Same!!!!
Yeah me too!
1940s will always be my favorite.😍👌🏽
It's so WW2 though :-/
nancy oliveros Mine's 1935
What does that have to do with it
let me guess you in that boss bit`h kinda stuff
Gotta love that classic glamour look, 20-60s win!!!
1955 was completely STUNNING!
This is really cool, would love to see a mens fashion video like this too :)
I love this its funny to see how history always repeats itself especially in regards to fashion.
***** early 1900s were elegant
Yeah I hope 30s and 40s fashion for men and women make a comeback, so classy and elegant
I like the 1915 style
and 1935
Everything is great until 1975-2005.
I don't know about you, but I'm lovin that 1975 outift
the woman's body must have been really well preserverd, shes like 120 years old and looks like she at 20s
Lol
credits to the cameraman for filming this
the style in 1995 is a clothing style that some people still wear today..Right? Imean i think so? oh btw Glam you got a new subscriber i love these videos ! :D
Ahh so excited for new videos!
It's like our parents gave us their old clothes and we revamped it
yass indeed
Marlo Vanlerberghe (^u^) yee yee
^-^
I loved that the styles weren’t the stereotypical clothes you would think of
I loved absolutely every style, but the beautiful pink and light blue dress for 1935, and the amazing denim jump suit for 1975 just made me so jealous. I wish so much that I had both of them. PLEASE!!!! Very well done. Really captured the spirit. Although I hated 2005, and didn't love 2015.
I have a problem with you for dislking 2005 but I don't want to argue with you
As a man I find the most attractive for me the 1915 and 1925
Sanguil GeorArt
1945
Gotta have post war traumatic disorder
Love the 1945 style!
I agree with you, but I also liked the 1925 styles too
Yeah, That's a good one too.. I didn't care for the 1955 style...
No it got worse throughout the years.
Yeah true, but I kinda liked the 1985 look with the "Big hair" and the hair spray ...LOL!!!
Lol I was just starting high school then 😃
Wow the 2005s vibe really!👏👏👏
1915 1935 and 1945😍😍😍 damn so sophisticated and classy
How about the underwear? It should have been changing over century too ;)
In the 50s I think they wor really weird breas. The were like an ice cream cone.
that's irrelevant, so is your comment 😒
Cheyenne irrelevant to you bitch...
Junior damn chill, junior.
There was something so stunning and glamorous about 1940s-1950s fashion. Man. Just wow.
I just noticed that this video was made 6 years ago. The Editing and everything in this video is immaculate. 🙌
1945 was the cutest! I wish we could dress like that now
giselle levario you should! I dress from the 30's and up so you should do whatever you feel like! have the confidence to stand out and look fabulous! I wish more women had aspirations like that. :)
I'm with both of you. let's team up?
YES.
NOTHING CAN STOP US NOW.
where do we buy all of our supplies, though?
It was cute without the jacket but yes it was really pretty
all those fancy dresses and accessories up to the 60s AMAAAAZZZINNNGGGG
'45 and '65 is so cute
Love 1955! So feminine, elegant, but comfortable
ooo tbh i like the styles before 1975
agreed
She should be wearing skinny jeans in 2015 but besides that everything else was cool
Anisa Antoinette Yeah, the ripped jeans is more 2000s than 2010s, but there are people who still wear ripped jeans.
Anisa Antoinette not really while skinny jeans are still prominent in fashion a much more loser relaxed fit is taking over in 2015.
Anisa Antoinette well boyfriend jeans are pretty trendy right now
***** Baggy, ripped jeans are called boyfriend jeans now? I don't see any girls wearing them around here.
Fido Maybe it's because he lives in Korea.. If you look at the kpop stars, they dress.. Well.. A bit out of style than where we live we dress more formal.. I say "a bit out of style" because us Americans don't dress like that. But Korea, it's casual for them. I'm guessing he's Korean from his name. Hehehehe
Is it just me or I feel like these days we’re just recycling old fashion?
It’s been like that for decades.
Nope we are doing just that, expect today is just the worst version or the best, it depends
*back* *to* *basic* is real
I can relate to your username on a spiritual level.
Yup we ran out of ideas lol
Im always wearing gloves in during the winter. 1900-65 outfits were hot!
I wish people would start wearing white gloves again, they looked stunning and must have felt amazing
The 1945 is so cute!
Yes 😊😊
It was all fancy until 1975...
Come on now....Mary Tyler Moore? That's what I saw.
BRonas420
My mom was born in the 60's ._.
Hip Clothes
I loved the 30s and 40s so much more..
Sarah Eberhard Agreed. They truly had class back then. It would be so nice if today's fashion was anything like the same.
Sarah Eberhard I couldn't help but notice that you're into Life Is Strange. I got that game on Steam a little while ago and am very much looking forward to play it.
Marriuz The game is amazing! Already played all 4 episodes.. it's truly addicting haha
1970's were GOLDEN!!!
1945 and 65 were my favorite
i wish i coulf wear the 1995 look, i love it!
could
I liked the 1995 look
This must have been really tiring. I get tired after trying on 2 outfits in the dressing room. 😴
Lol she doesn't even have to move a muscle for this video.
@@jakeleo4518 but standing for too long will make people tired.
I absolutely love 1945 fashion trend. So powerful (and fashionable).
LOVED all the first outfits!! ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
So I gather that Dolores Umbridge definitely lived in 1965-that bitch-I mean witch.
dragostea1511 LOL I thought the same thing XD
dragostea1511 I was thinking the same thing. Although, my mum did alway say that Dolores Umbridge was definitely British 60s - I find it funny that for such a racist against Muggles and Muggleborns, she was wearing Muggle clothes. Then, again, she always seemed a hypocrite.
I thought exactly the same thing 😂😂😂
dragostea1511 Utterly happy to bump on harry potter references.Thank you
hahahhahahaha I found another Harry Potter nerd😂😜
I love the 1915 look. And thanks for a realistic 1920s look. Not many people went around in beaded flapper dresses.
I was watching the Beatles "Get Back" documentary. The Beatles, their immediate entourage, manger, anyone close to them all worse over-the-top stereotypical late 1960s attire. The crew and any general public that happened to be in the shot just wore jeans and a t-shirt or a collared white shirt and dress pants. I thought to myself each decade must be like that most people just wear practical clothes but the fashionistas are the ones who want to stick out on purpose.
i love the 90s 😍😍
Me too! So edgy! It's coming back slightly!
They picked a really cute outfit for the 90's wish they had done the same for the two most recent styles those are not the really cute outfits girls wear today just because jeans are in.
Love everyone of them! They were spot on! Although I wish the 1975 one had more of the hippie feel to it :) But I love it!
No problem. LOVED the video
1975 was not very hippie bro. You're thinking 1971
30s 40s 50s and 60s
Alicia Gaborr My favorite fashion eras too haha
Those are my favorites too.
The more we are going forward with time, the class and elegance of fashion is going down
The 2005 ensemble legit just reminds me of White Chicks
I like the early classy ones from the 20s era
I can't believe how much fashion changes every 10 years
+Ceka Rez The thing about it is that the changes seem to be slowing down ever since the late 1990's, for instance the mini back packs as a purse disappeared for a while but now it's back and many other looks haven't changed that much. Now it's all about the change in technology instead of fashion... notice the model has to have a flip phone in 2005 otherwise her look changes little in 2015.
It’s only been 6 years and already changed so much
2005 is literally Paris Hilton in 2005 lol
I'M IN LOVEEE with the 90's style!! I wish it was the 90's because life was so civil, music was great, the fashion and the MOVIES!! Also the 80's.
1965: Umbridge???
OMG
lmao
hahaha is saw that too😂
yes, I thought that too!
Omg I thought that
I love the 30s and 40s, also the 60s, and have a soft spot for the 70s, when I was growing up. I don't recognise the 80s in the outfit shown. Great model with a lot of personality and a beautiful face and body
1935 - Barbara Stanwyck
1945 - Ingrid Bergman
1955 - Grace Kelly
1965 - Audrey Hepburn
1975 - Donna's mom from "That 70's Show"
1985 - Bonnie Tyler
1995 - Pheobe from "Friends"
2005 - Lindsay Lohan
2015 - Kardashian sisters
the 1965’s outfit looks beautiful
I was going to say it was so much more elegant before. Maybe for fashion, but not for equal rights...
***** Yes you are right, males were sent to fight the two world wars, to fight communism, to fight for liberty in several countries... and women were at home burning bras...
I agree! To Junior though, you're joking, right? Men went to war....AND?? Who do you think built all the planes, bombs, equipment, kept the kids fed and alive, and ran the households back at home? Besides, may I remind you, women were not ALLOWED to join the military. Bc of inequality! Derp. So y don't u keep giving yourself a pat on the back for shit other people did 60 years ago.
+Junior Women were at home keeping it together because they weren't allowed to be in the military, you delusional fuck. Women were fighting their own kind of war in the home front so when the boys came back, things weren't upside down!
***** "they were not allowed" I don´t know if I laugh or cringe for you... Did you ever heard a woman called JOAN OF ARC?
ARTEMISIA I OF CARIA?
ZENOBIA?
These are women who wanted to fight and fighted... In times of war nobody ever gave a fuck on your gender unless you were a male... Please don´t play the stupid one, it is like saying, I did not cleaned up the all shittied toilet because nobody asked me...
" Women were fighting their own kind of war "
Really? I mean I would fucking love if my woman worked all day and I spend the day in home taking care of my daughter and son, and do some dinner, and after that when my woman arrive from work we fuck, and if we don´t, I cheat her because she is not satisfying my "emotional needs"...
And I am the delusional one... Women have the right to property since medieval age in a lot of cultures... Women did not worked simply because they did not wanted... They only started to working after second world war to raise the productions...
As a matter of fact, the only women working since before of that were usually women who the husband died...
So please, keep talking...
Junior Correct me, but I believe we're talking about the World Wars and onwards? You specifically mentioned late 20th century conflicts, I replied with an answer specific and contextual to your comment of WWI, WWII, and proxy Cold War conflicts where women's role has not been traditionally on the frontline. This does not mean they played NO PART in said conflicts.
Your first comment implied that women were seemingly spoiled and sought to actively avoid warfare and simply "didn't want to" I called out your clear ignorance or neglect of the clearly LEGAL exclusion of women from combat. I do have to mention that I said they weren't allowed to be in the military - because what I meant was direct combat, front line fighting.
Australia has only decided to allow women in combat/front line in the next year or so, with the British mentioning of a lift on the BAN of women serving in DIRECT COMBAT only two years ago or so with absolutely no further progress. These are down to a handful of reasons from psychology, physiology, and tradition - so don't blame us and call women out for "simply not wanting to" when these guidelines and understandings of why women shouldn't fight alongside men have been outlined by men themselves.
By "them fighting their own war" implied the already mentioned munitions factories, nursing, office jobs, Women's (Royal) Voluntary Service in the UK, and largely the war on the home front when only in WWII civilians were directly targeted. They did this and only jobs to such extent because that's how much they were able and allowed to do. And they didn't only go to work only after their husbands died - I did my a year's research on war on the British home front so don't patronise and think I know absolutely nothing about this matter. Women's reaction to being able to work more than before the war is overwhelmingly positive and showed that they longed to be out of the home and work - so the argument that they simply choose not to is obsolete.
How did you take my comment as excusing women's un-involvement when they simply weren't given the same opportunities as their male counterparts? I have friends in the military and they STILL think that women's place shouldn't be in direct infantry combat, agreeing instead that while their role in warfare is accepted, it should never be taking direct shots at enemies.
I don't know why but something about 60s is amazing
WTF with make up in 1985 ?!?
it was all punk stuff and all
Nuntikan m The 1980s was a dark, cold time for fashion.
Mic Townsend It wasn't that bad. I really like some styles and combinations (not all of them, of course) that are absolutely related to the 1980's. For me, the 1990's fashion in women was boring as fuck.
It's like she took tons of coke... Wait its the 1980s of course she looks like that
Nuntikan m They chose a very ugly representation. Fashion varied wildly from the beginning to the end of the eighties.
i really love the fashion in between differen eras
The queen be like:
Guuuurl I have already tried all of the styles through this years you got nothing on me
RIGHT! 😲 Except 1915 and 1925, she‘s been around to witness the rest atleast, if not wear all of them. Her husband has seen them all except 1915. 😱 May the queen live long.
Absolutely lovee this video do more plz
THE 2000S IS ACCURATE WOW IM SO PROUD ITS ACCURATE FOR THE FIRST TIME THESE PEOPLE GOT IT RIGHT!!!!
