I started doing plank in 20 seconds 6 days back. Now I can stay in 30 seconds. I never thought I can increase 10 seconds in plank within a week. Just wanted to share it.

Its better to wear knee band plus hip weighlifting belt for mam for avoiding injury womens muscles is sensitive it take double time to get the grip so safety band is needed also she will feel comfortable ,if cant able to do push up thy can try woth resistant band
