    Simply superb sir. Inbetween pls do what I eat in a day because at the same time we r learning both excercise and trying literally same recepies of yours.So it's easy for us to follow rather than trying out seeing the diet chart.I had tried out ..many of your recepies like prawn salad and oats buttermilk .Recreating same recepies is simply a time saver for ladies like us who fed up doing lot of work at Home. Thank you sir .pls consider about showing what I eat in a day.

    நான் கொஞ்ச நாட்களாக Basic exercise and 10,000 Step walking மட்டும் செய்கிறேன் எனக்கு முதுகுவலி அதிகமாக இருக்கிறது. ஆனால் எனக்கு முதுகுவலி இதற்கு முன்பு இல்லை புதிதாக ஏதாவது Try பண்ணினால் இந்த problem இருக்கும் என்று நினைத்தேன் one week or 10 days ல சரியாகி விடும் என்று நினைத்தேன் But one month க்கு மேலேயும் சரியாகவில்லை குனியும் போதும் உட்காந்து எழும்போது மட்டுமே வலிக்கிறது நடக்கும் போது சுத்தமாக இல்லை. Solution சொல்லுங்க please( some times spinal முதல் கால் வரை வலிக்கிறது)

Bt now it's easy with my watch (noise colorfit pro2) it has stop watch and it vibrates.. Its bit costly bt we womens always have it safe for long term.. I didn't watch this video fully in the middle itself am commanding while you struggling.. Just hav a glance in amazon.. Take care
