Just purchased the 4 pro-360, it is a beast!! So far, I have had it for a week. Love it so much!! I love how it mirrors my phones, and S9 I bought a bigger purse just so I can carry it around with me. Love, love, love it!!!
I had MAJOR issue with the Samsung Book 360. My screen cracked twice as well. The first time, I had it repaired because I had insurance. The second time, it cracked again without any physical impact or adjustments on my part. As a result, I sued the seller and won the case in court. The seller was ordered to refund the full cost of the device plus interest. So, if you are considering taking legal action due to this screen issue, you have a very strong case. I hope this helps. And by the way, the seller will also have to cover the legal costs, so don't hesitate to take action.

I have just bought one replacing the 10 year old 15" retina Macbook pro, which has been a great machine but no longer supports all the programs I need for work. I really like this laptop but agree with you about the keyboard and track pad. The screen however isn't wobbly when typing on my lap this is the 16" screen and it feels fine.. This is I imagine the UK version as it doesn't have the Ai key its right ctrl key its on the task bar by default. I really enjoyed your review and appreciate how quick the unboxing section was, very informative and well presented.
I'm interested to know what programs you are using with the samsung galaxy book 4 pro 360? I'm interested in buying one, but I don't know if programs like Zbrush, Blender and Sketchup will perform well enough and if the touch screen will be fine with these programs
Hi sorry I don't use any of these programs at all, primarily I use video conferencing, and Microsoft office apps. However the touch screen works well either with finger or pen and is a really excellent display in all regards.
Thanks for the review! I'm saving up to buy this laptop real soon, and I'm killing time watching reviews. I'm not a designer or anything, but I've found that I just love to use touch screens. I have a Tab S8 Ultra, and it works so well, but the only thing I don't like is that it's Android and, even in Dex, it's quite hard to get work done as fast as I would in windows. This device is the perfect fit for me!
Bro I humbly request u to do one where u compare this or the normal book 4 pro to an m3 macbook air 15 inch with similar config - 16 ram and 512 storage. Amazing video by the way🔥
Just received mine. Setup was a breeze, everything is working well so far. I have a Galaxy Tab and want to use Samsung Notes (and / MS OneNote), I like the sync features. They had a $400 off sale on the Book 4 360 so I went for it. Surprised no place to store the S-Pen. Keyboards on these slim laptops are always a bit problematic, I find this one to be fine for my use. At 3.4 pounds it's very portable, and the battery life is great. The screen is probably it's best feature, but the design and overall performance for an I-7 16GB Windows 11 PC is great. I find myself slowly moving back into the Samsung environment, after purchasing my Tab S9+ just a couple of months ago. Good luck to all.
nice review here. I am aiming to get this laptop from an artist's perspective. I know there are other 2 in 1s that offer more than 16gb ram and some other specs? but in terms of the screen and S Pen I'm yet to see anybody say the others can beat Samsung's S pen. and I love using the S pen on my tab s 8. i just wanna know tho how do you keep the keyboard protected when in tablet mode? can you buy something for that? Windows Surface Studio 2 has a great laptop style build for that matter but I'm looking to stay in the samsung ecosystem
I've been debating on purchasing this. I am afraid of the "screen crack" issue ppl have been talking about. How has your experience been after a week of use?
Great video! There are THREE glaring things that keep me from considering these: 1) Lack of a 32 GB RAM option. As someone who's a 30+ year Professional Graphic Designer who uses Adobe Products, 16GB especially for a "PRO" model is not good enough. It will never be. 2) Windows 11 Home. A "PRO" version should have a "PRO" operating system. This is just total bullshit on Samsung's part. 3) This last one is cosmetic, but that awful large chin on the bottom of the screen is absolutely useless and serves no purpose except highlighting Samsung's poor design. They really need to get rid of it. It's not on their phones or tablets, so it contrasts with their design language. EXTRA CREDIT: The price is outrageous!!! I have a Dell XPS 7390 2-in-1, 10th Gen i7, 4K with 32GB of RAM, and the thing is still really good. The Dell Premium Active Pen - PN579X is also a Wacom Stylus and it works very good, but honestly it's not the S-Pen. I'm thinking about the new ASUS Duo with the two 3K OLED panels. It comes with 32GB of RAM, Ultra 9, a stylus and other extras for the exact same price. I'm not familiar with the ASUS Stylus with Microsoft's Pen Protocol (MPP) 2.0. so we'll see...
@RichMeYT it's a tough decision, yea bro the CPU on my motherboard just died on my surface book 2 . Hmm but I like emulation gaming too. Is it possible to get the 360 in 32 gb Ram
Thanks for the great review! It does seem like a great (but expensive) device. Quick question: as someone that just wants a premium feeling and looking Samsung galaxy book and doesn't really do much beside office work and browsing, would you recommend the normal galaxy book 3/4 with 16gb ram or the book 3/4 pro with 8gb? Greetings from Germany
@@RichMeYT thanks for the quick response! I could get the 3 pro for about 970€ with 8gbs and the 4 pro currently sells at 1900€. So it's quite the jump in price and I don't really need that much power I think. But I'll think about it!
@droetkaar as OP mentioned in the review, the GBook 3 has a more reflective display than the GBook 4. I'd go for the Book 3 aolelynon price; but that's if glare isn't a problem for you. I work on illustration on my GB3 Pro 360 and I have not gone through any issues related to glare considering I don't use any protective fims on my screen. GB3 is a champ!
Thank you for the informative video. Thoughts on this device for AutoCAD or related architectural drawing apps? It doesn't have a dedicated graphics chip, right?
It only has the integrated arc graphics. Currently, only the Galaxy Book 4 Ultra has a dedicated graphics chip. It seems to be like this for prior generations as well. Only the Ultra tier has any dedicated graphics. I still think the Pro 360 is plenty powerfull for AutoCAD modeling and such. Personally, I don't know about it's rendering capabilities, but I know it should suffice for the engineering basics.
I'm having such a hard time deciding. Samsung has such good software that elevates the touchscreen/tablet usage but compared to competition their hardware sucks for the same price range and it's kind of ridiculous. But the biggest saving grace is that they offer HUGE discounts that make it stomp out lower priced competitors. Part of me wants to wait to see someone else give a good discount.
Great video, thanks for sharing! One thing about the Copilot button, I am in Hong Kong, so does the laptop here come with the copilot button? Is there any difference since Samsung usually has different sets across different regions?
Hello! Great video! :) Does the Book4 actually charge at a faster speed on a 100W? Thunderbolt 4 is capable of doing so but I thought this laptop was limited to the included 65W. Thank you!
I believe it is only supported up to 65W as that is what the included brick is rated at. Sometimes a 65W brick may not supply fully that rated amount, but using something above 100W just gives me enough 'headroom' for other peripherals, and make sure that I'm getting the max supported wattages.

I bought one Last week but i think that the 16 gb RAM it's not enough, i mean, i use the laptop for work Using Office applications, Chrome, whatapp, teams, etc, and the consumption it's around like 95% i mean i don't think that this laptop can be usable to play Games.
