- In this video the Head Coach of The University Of Minnesota (Ben Johnson) allows me to join a practice for the day! We do a bunch of different drills and competitions throughout the video to see if I can hang with the D1 talent on this team! Hope you guys enjoy the video because we had a great time with some great people at The University Of Minnesota!

It's awesome that the coach used you as an example to send an important message about how to portray yourself online. Felt like that was a huge sign of respect for what you do. Well deserved respect too. 👏

Yup, but also make no mistake. The main purpose of this was to make the program more visible to potential recruits.

Thanks for the shout out to the managers. 55 years ago I was the manager for a very successful D1 team (Coach is in the Basketball Hall of Fame). Back then, there were only 2 coaches, and one manager. I was a busy boy for those three years
First off, the fact that you get these opportunities speaks to the fact that you carry yourself properly. Second, this isn't a charity thing. You're out there executing with these guys with the same intention and intensity. Love to see this stuff and keep it up

Before the clip started, I was 100% sure that you killed it. You are self-critical, but also self-confident. you can reflect well on your performance and have good self-awareness. Others belittle themselves and their achievements in order to hear from others how great they are. you don't need that. you implement tips well and put yourself at the service of the team, excellent team player!

Cool collab!! Make this a mini-series?? Sure theres plenty of schools thatd love this exposure. Would also be really cool to showcase D2/D3/NAIA/Juco schools because most these young hoopers watching wont play high-major D1.

Most coaches don’t want the distractions it would never happen. Teams are trying to win and get ready for the season
@@timboslice8559 Maybe! But in these day of NIL and marketing.. showcasing the facilities, the atmosphere, the perks (which Tjass was clever to highlight), coaching style player vibes... It's a recruiting pitch. Not to mention that TJass himself has influence. You're probably right about some schools, but I guarantee there's more out there that would!
