An NBA scout would give him low marks for his shooting even though he made decent percentage. When he catches the ball, he has to then dip it down to below his waist before rising up to shoot which is a huge no-no. He would get closed out 100% of the time in the NBA and never get a clean shot off. When you catch it, the ball should go straight up into the shooting position. The problem is that it is not just a technical flaw. He does it to gain momentum and launch so if he took it out of his motion, he would struggle to cleanly shoot it from 23'3" because he doesn't have the shooting strength at that range.

3:40 Why measure with both arms up? In the jump test you're reaching up with one arm, that makes you reach 2-3 inches higher (so your vert 2-3 inches lower)
