It was a doozie. I just had another surgery on that knee 7 weeks ago to remove a bunch of scar tissue. It's a bit better now, but it really got messed up with the first knee replacmemt... That fell out right away. Not a good moment. The cement never bonded with the bone 😬🙄
It always breaks my heart to see kids stuff left behind during an eviction. Those poor babies don’t deserve to live in a dirty and possibly unstable household. Love the cleaning videos we get out of it tho😅
I so agree. I was a teacher for many years and saw so much that kids have to live through. Then we ask them to try and learn what we feel is important as a teacher, but yet there is so much negativity going on at home... It's just really amazing how well kids can do and so sad. The older I get and reflect on this... It really hits home how much kids endure, and how immature the "adults" can be.
@@landonphillips7013she's talking about the kids.. so telling the kids to pay their rent doesn't mean anything.. you're talking about the adults.. the kids have nothing to do with your comment. 😁👍. This is the Zipper SS Super Spinner. They came out about 2016. Regular straight manifold Zipper has been around quite longer. Our Saiger's Sauce products I released publicly about 7 years ago. The Code Red I released about 5 years ago based around our original Saiger's Sauce 1 which then got added an oxy and an enzyme. It's been some fun tools and Chems to clean with, 😊

We like them a lot on open commercial and some open rentals with a lot of room to work. They are great on the commercial side of cleaning. I'm not sure if you have caught my one video cleaning a pretty nasty carpet at a manufacturing plant with VLM only. I really was surprised at what I was able to do. I was on one of my road tours and they reached out to me to see if I wanted a challenge...Of course sometimes I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed...LOL. came out great! just do the steps correctly in the right order. The chemistry on presprays nowadays is phenomenal. I havent tried yours yet, but it definitely looks like the ticket. Ive never used a zipper! Devastator wand would work just as well, maybe not as fast but then you dont need to switch tools to edge. I wished the people around here in Iowa did the same kind of work. I just watched a video prior to yours and he used a suction machine after the brush machine and you don't need it. He also says that he washes and sanitizes his vacuum and washing tools after ea use. I am wondering how many people do that
Lol... Having some right now actually. I have the guys in Florida for a Saiger's Steam Clean outing.... Golfing for them... Driving a golf cart for me 😁... But crazy thing. I just got a hole in one at the Tampa Top Golf 😂
Great video mark. I've got my own steam cleaning buisness as well. Question though? Whats your thought on the rotovac vaccum scrub wand? Think its better thsn the zipper?
Thank you and welcome to the channel 😊. We prefer the Zipper Wand overall for what we use it for. The rotary wand you are talking about would have done a good job on this job also. It does have some weaknesses unfortunately in durability I have come across such as hitting a transition strip or heat register grate accidentally, the gears will usually break. But it can clean well. Also, a person needs to be careful not to leave permanent swirls in the carpet. So grooming after us important we feel and also being careful not to use it on certain carpets it could leave those permanent swirls. Where are you located if I might ask? And thanks again for being here and your comments 😊
@MarkSaiger thanks for your honest comment. I'm located in Virginia sir, what about you? What do you think about the ninja? Is that better than the rotovac? What's the best portable cleaning machine to use?
@@redcrimson1028 we are in Northern Minnesota. Grand Rapids, MN. The Ninja has a really good history of being good. I'm not sure how it is these days. I know JonDon has done a portable that has been really good. Their Prospector series. One of their 500 psi has 3 different vaccum options. And also has heat. I have not played around with portables for quite sometime and since the Pandemic, there were a lot of changes with portables. Some of those changes were not very good for the industry, but I'm hoping things are making a change for the better. 😊
From a property manager's POV? That carpet was from the early 90s and the renters didn't bother to clean it once over many years. We'd call that property owner a "Slum Lord" because that carpet and padding needed to be ripped out and replaced. the carpet can come out looking nice and clean... But that padding underneath is going to be saturated with dirt that will wick right back out in a couple months making the carpet look nasty again. 🤢🤮 That's one of the problems with "Wall 2 Wall" back then the padding was recycled fabric and foam... You did an EXCELLENT job! Just that the owners should have replaced that. We need a rug spa to pull out W2W deep clean it like the area rugs and install it over new padding... 🤣
We had seen them in action and bought one to try. It was pulling so much debris out on so many of our jobs we decided to buy for each van. It's been really good on belts vs sanitare. We went through one belt that caught something and smoked the belt. I also like a dirt container vs bag because the container will get dumped after (or even during) every job so I know it has a chance of being an effective vaccum especially with employees (even though there is only 3 of us) I'm not sure about the motor. It is in line with the suction and filtered before hitting the motor so I'm gonna guess it could be direct air, but I'm truly guessing as I type this.
Them carpets are looking good! Cool music too btw. I just started my business this year and I’m having problems getting customers. I have flyers coming, running a sale for new customers. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. 😊
Welcome to the industry 😊👍. The flyers will help get your name around. If you can start by cleaning for family and friends and they start telling more friends, this can help get you some business. We don't pay for advertising on Facebook, but use Facebook as a positive marketing tool. Again, getting people to share posts or even comment on posts can help. It's not easy starting businesses new, but the rewards can be an awesome feeling when things start to click. We are in a smaller community, so we can be seen well. And keeping the vans and equipment clean and good looking also is huge we feel. Travel routes that people can see you. Networking in your community at community functions and having business cards ready to hand out when people ask what you do can be a help. I'm not sure where you live and size of your community but every place can vary on what might work. I would suggest not to base your advertising just around price as then it's more difficult to find those good clients who will truly value you and your work and what you are truly worth. Confidentiality price your work to be profitable, cover your expenses and also be able to grow and me able to update and replace equipment later on. I have a video I did on pricing a few years ago I will also find and link here to if can be of help
Here is that video on pricing. Hope it might be of some help and thank you for being here on the channel! I hope I can help and feel free to reach out. If I might ask where you are located if you feel comfortable sharing? I will be hitting the road again this year and maybe I will be in your area sometime. My best to you 😊👍 ruclips.net/video/x12xPfgGU0g/видео.html

It's been some fun tools and Chems to clean with, 😊
I wish you were in illinois. I would hire you
Thank you. I appreciate that 😊
you killed it, came out so bright and clean! im still not an SS owner, i need to add one to the fleet soon!
It's a great tool too! I really feel I got pretty lucky on this one. It cleaned up much better than I thought it would 😊👍
Wow that was amazing
Thank you 😊
That was really a tough one. Great results at the end.😊
Thank you. Was an absolutely crazy one
You are the best and your products too!!
I use your products day a day and they are awesome !!
Thank you so much. And thanks for using our products. Glad to hear they are working well for you too 😊
Im howling... you are so funny slurpy slurp... my first timexwatching this channel...its hysterical... who knew carpets would be fun
Thank you so much 😊❤️. I unfortunately can have a ton of bad dad jokes 😁. Thank you for being here with us 😊
Shocking, I'm amazed!🎉
Thank you 😊. We enjoy what we do
I love you to clean my carpet as we are moving. Not a mark on them but like to leave them fresh for new home owners.
My Husband has steamed clean them.
No carpets down stairs have porcelain floors and carpets upstairs. Have dogs but not upstairs.
How the other half live.
Fantastic video.
Thank you. Sounds like you guys have done very well maintaining them. With pups, we know the challenges, especially in mud season 😁. The new homeowners should be super appreciative of what you have done too 😊. Thanks again for your comment and being here with us 😊
Better get out the RX20 lol I love seeing the soil coming into the bin on the vacuum. Very satisfying!! Also I hope I get a hydroforce or multisprayer for Christmas I hate my pump up lol
Let's hope Santa is good and brings an inline sprayer. We use the Multi Sprayer brand by the way made in Minneapolis, MN. Our favorite 😎
@Mark Saiger yep knew that lol I want one but they are so expensive
@MarkSaiger wow that was an amazing result. So I am gonna need ya to pack the truck and head to Charlotte, NC, I mean my Carpets are new just installed 4 months ago but I want them clean anyway hahahahaha. Side note, I have those exact same Ray Ban Glasses. Great Job sir.
Thank you so much for your kindness 😊. I actually would love to come there... Might just be a little bit of a jaunt. But who knows. Could be a super fun trip 😁🤘
Great job mark as always
Thank you 😊
Gday Mate, nice video! are you happy with the Zipper wand? would you recommend it ? cheers
We like them a lot on open commercial and some open rentals with a lot of room to work. They are great on the commercial side of cleaning. Not everyone gets used to running them and hose management, but we are really comfortable with them. So if you have a bunch of commercial and dirty grimy carpets, the Zipper is really great for us
Beautiful Zipper lines.
Thank you ❤️
If you can get greasy restaurant carpet clean this should be an easy job! I knew you'd get the carpet clean! Looks great!
Thank you! I wasn't thinking this one would even come close to this good to be honest 😉😁
I subscribed BECAUSE of this video. Man oh man, now that was some amazing stuff!! Very nice work!❤❤
Thank you so much. 😊 Hate to say we have much worse on the channel, but we do 😁. Thanks for checking us out 😊
I cannot believe you got that clean good job
Thank you 😊. We actually love these challenges 😊❤️
Wow mark you had your work cut out for you but great job and video
Thank you. One of those crazy ones 😁
Nicely done Mark! Those were nasty!
And kind of fun 😁😉
@@MarkSaiger yes you did look like you were enjoying yourself. It is definitely encouraging to going from what looks like it should be pulled up to looking almost new again! Well done!
Hey Mark hope your doing good haven't talked to you in a long time Brian at Cleanteam carpet cleaning Greenville sc
Hey! Nice to hear from you 😊. I'm just sitting around a bit today. Had another knee surgery last week but have been out cleaning couple of days now. Still have the stiches in. Get those out in 3 days. Not supposed to travel long trips for 6 weeks so soon as that's up I'm off to #SaigerSouth 😁
Quality practice. Great results 👍🏻
Thank you 😊
Your job looks so satisfying!! I would love to do this for a living. Excellent job 👏
Thanks! It really is a satisfying job I have to say 😊👍
Excellent. CRB Action
Thanks ❤️
Amazing job at cleaning that mess. Wow! 👌
Thank you! 😊
I enjoy when I get really dirty ones clean too! it's really satisfying, I really neat to get a CRB!
The CRB can be such a great tool 😊. And there is such a great feeling of accomplishment when you get great results. It's fun 😁👍
I'd love to see the reactions! I thought they would have to replace that carpet.
Thanks 😁👍
I'M watching it right now.
Lol I love your editing
Thank you. I keep trying to improve. And I've been challenging myself to post twice a week right now 😁
AMAZING JOB!!! Im impressed!!!
Thank you, 😊. We have a few more of these coming and some more greasy restruant vids too 😊
Loved this one
Thank you ☺️ Really appreciate that and thank you for being here with us ☺️
Love love your work was so amazed at how great it came up I've watched this prob 3 times or more already lol love seeing the difference between vlm and hwe. Desperate to find a video of both being done on the same job and which one turns out better I love watching both was but always been interested in the difference thankyou thankyou for all your great work humour and videos I love love your humour and attitude to every job always has me laughing along with you
Thank you so much for being here with us! So glad you are enjoying the channel and content. I have a few videos where I have used both methods, but not much on comparing each other side by side. I have done testing and I feel I can clean very well with either method. There are times one is faster over the other and that is a reason for the decision between either. But I'm so happy they contacted me, because I learned that I can do A LOT with VLM cleaning. Here is a link to that video: ruclips.net/video/tjb1Ks-UrbY/видео.html Again thank you so much for your kind words and hope I can keep providing better content as I keep learning better editing and video skills...😊👍
I never thought it could be done, amazing! If I had to live there I would pay to have it cleaned again after it dried out. lol
Thank you. It was a Hail Mary throw actually, but I was excited to make it work and was excited for the opportunity to video it 😁
Came out nice damn near brand new 🔥🔥🔥
Thank you! I was surprised also how well it came out 😁
AWESOME!!
Thank you 😊❤️
came out great! just do the steps correctly in the right order. The chemistry on presprays nowadays is phenomenal. I havent tried yours yet, but it definitely looks like the ticket. Ive never used a zipper! Devastator wand would work just as well, maybe not as fast but then you dont need to switch tools to edge. Awesome job there, certainly a fun one to burn some calories and make a couple bucks while putting together a fun video. Lookin good Mr. Saiger. More videos and more fun when you can!
Thank you so much. Really appreciate it and appreciate you being here with us! It definitely ended up being a fun one in the end. By the way we do have some free samples at our webstore. Just tap on the free sample pics and it will take you to a JonDon page who will send out the samples. If you don't see samples due to an unforeseen reason, reach out to me and I will get them to you too 😊. www.saigers.com
I think there is a direct link in the video description also. 😊👍
Amazing work!
Thank you! I have to say I kind of surprised myself on this one too. Didn't think I would get quite these results 😁
I use your code red here in North Dakota, but for that carpet maybe would have used gasoline and a match. :)
Lol... It crossed my mind too honestly 😁😅
Flame thrower and jet fuel !!!
@@pjo1964 😁👍😅
Great Clean 🧼
Thank you! Really appreciate that 😊
Watching YOU DO THIS IS VERY SOOTHING ❤
Thank you so much 😊. Really glad you enjoyed it
IT'S SAIGER TIME.
😁😅❤️👍
Love the content! Keep it coming!
Hey thanks buddy 😁👍
Gotta love the Zipper!
We sure do. 😊 It can be such a time saver for us 😊
I’ll be the first to say it 😂 VLM wouldn’t touch that one 🙇🙇 HWE to the rescue 👍🏼👍🏼 Love that Zipper ❤️. This one gets my nomination for cleaning RESULTS of the YEAR! Nice job my friend. I gotta try some of that code red for sure.
Thank you! I would be tempted to VLM one of these to try it. Have done a couple bad ones, but it felt like it this one was going to need a small van to haul all of the pads I might need 😎😏😁
@@MarkSaiger 😂😂👍🏼
@@procarpetcleaning, 😁👍
I wished the people around here in Iowa did the same kind of work. I just watched a video prior to yours and he used a suction machine after the brush machine and you don't need it. He also says that he washes and sanitizes his vacuum and washing tools after ea use. I am wondering how many people do that
Depending where you are in Iowa, I do know if some people who are cleaning friends in Iowa. But thank you for your kindness and comment 😊
THIS is what happens when, NO ONE wipes their feet on a mat before entering. And, what happens when people wear street shoes IN THE HOUSE.
Taking off your shoes does help for sure 😊👍
there should never be carpet in an entry way or a dining area off a kitchen....yuck.
@@crazynaska totally agree 😁
Carpet has probably caused more respiratory issues than any modern invention.
Nah bro that’s just some nasty mfs.
Chips and Salsa!🤣
Lol... Having some right now actually. I have the guys in Florida for a Saiger's Steam Clean outing.... Golfing for them... Driving a golf cart for me 😁... But crazy thing. I just got a hole in one at the Tampa Top Golf 😂
That zipper is fantastic.
We sure do love them too 😊❤️
Great video mark.
@@MarkSaiger glad to hear that. Last question. What's your thoughts on the portable rotovac?
I have not tried it so hard to say. Sorry I'm not much help here
From a property manager's POV?
Totally agree actually! They were on some time line to get next group in of course. This was the biggest rescue of this carpet this time 😁👍
I bet after you finished they had someone come in and paint over all those dirty walls too 🤣 I have to say though I was digging that Zipper!
@@johnwilliams8818 it needed A LOT of work 😁
@@MarkSaiger 😀 Twice as much if I were still doing properties. I can see the rest of the place now 🤢 "The Horror!"
@@johnwilliams8818 yeah... There was A LOT going on at that place! You just got a glimpse of the basement in the video. 🫣😬

Wow I wish you worked in the D.C area

What vacuum cleaner do you use for dry pickup
We have been using the Cleartrak Workhorse. You can find them at www.cleartrak.com or call them also to order 😊👍
You earned my sub on that one
Great job
Welcome and thank you for being here with with us 😊
What influenced your decision on Workhorse vacuum verses Sanitaire etc? Is the Workhorse direct air?
Mark thank you buddy. I am near Cincinnati, Ohio. I have almost 20 years experience doing hard surface floors and 10 years doing carpet cleaning. Through the years working for big companies I’ve received a lot of positive feedback on my work. So this year I decided to take the ball and run with it. I still have some things to do to be legit, I need business license and a website. Thank you for your help, I will watch your video.
@@MarkSaiger Wow... I know nothing about this industry, but.. I'm so impressed with how long and detailed your answer was to a complete stranger asking for advice
May God bless you for your efforts
@@hhansari thank you 😊
Do to mind if I ask what you charge per area or per square ft for carpets like this.
We have always charged by the square foot. More of a common practice in the upper Midwest. We are currently 50 cents per Sq foot in 2022 and beginning 2023.
Mark, love your videos. Just a home owner not a pro cleaner, so would you ever consider doing a video using your products (Code Red, Deep Blue, Lymezyme, etc.) with a homeowner grade machine (BISSELL Big Green or Rug Doctor) as a how you’d clean a home with that sort of setup?
I really like this idea and might go buy a home owners machine and do a series on this
Thank you for the idea!
In the meantime, I do have a video using a small portable to clean my place in Florida. Let me get you that video and post here for you 😊
Here is that video. Any home machine or rental will be similar to this

Do you have the vacuum listed in equipment list don’t see it but I am exhausted. It’s two in the morning but I can’t stop watching. 😝🤪 do you think it’s the best vacuum on the market
I will have to add to my list. It's the Cleartrak Workhorse. It's a great vaccum for us as carpet cleaners. We really like them. Some others out there are cheaper such as the Shark Lift away. But we do like our workhorse vaccums currently.

I see with the snow you are not in florida but would have people you would recommend in Tampa Florida?
There is T-Bowe's cleaning (#BigTruckTommy) and Steam Boss that I work with quite often while in Florida. They are in the Dunedin and Palm Harbor area but do some travel or they also might have someone they would help us reccomend too. 😊
More prevac vids without music ❤ This one would’ve been perfect to show the entire vacuuming with original sound.

Is that a polyamide carpet Mark?
This was a good old nylon. Wish they were more common these days. I have nylon in my home and am actually putting in new white nylon now.
Vacuuming alone helped this carpet wow
It did make a pretty big improvement 😊👍
