    If I walked into a restaurant with carpets that filthy id walk straight back out...what are the kitchens like if the public side is that bad? In the UK the Environmental Health Officers would shut you down on the spot with no warning.

    • @MarkSaiger
      @MarkSaiger  10 месяцев назад +1

      In the upper northern Midwest, it's for less of a slip and fall factor, and for less noise. And actually, Tile and Grout is more difficult to clean than carpet for us. The grease usually gets so thick in the grout and impacted before they call for a cleaning, it's an absolute slurry mess when we finally get called to clean tile floors. We just did a video cleaning some nasty bar tile and grout on the channel. It's with #BigTruckTommy in Florida. Some crazy sludge 😬. But you are correct, air quality gets better after any cleaning we do 😊

    I've noticed you get amazing results on commercial floors, with just your prespray, rinse and low heat butler.
    I don't think I've seen you agitate the products. Is this due to chemistry or something else?
    I'm not in the industry (I don't know what I'm talking about). So I'd presray, then crb. Is that wrong?

    • @MarkSaiger
      @MarkSaiger  10 месяцев назад

      Some is chemistry and some is the equipment and tools we use at the time. There are times we really value the CRB though. Can also be a great time saver. We did try to create our chemistry to work great though because there is nothing more frustrating than being on a job site and things are not cleaning well. It has taken a lot of testing and monitoring after cleaning. By the way, our Butlers are high heat versions, but we have had some regular heat units that clean great for us too. But the high heat units do help speed up in some of the Greasy situations. Thank you so much for your question. Really appreciate it 😊

      I would first suggest taking out the yellow tip for Code Red (and all prespray to be honest because the tip makes it very unreliable applying prespray. Then mix 5 scoops of Code Red and 1 to 2 cups of G-Force Booster. (for this one 2 cups). Make sure the Code Red is mixed up fresh on site. The oxy otherwise wears off if mixed to early. Apply liberally. Reach out if I can help you more. Not sure what equipment you are using. I would be curious.

We have three 14 inch head 2 inch tube swivel head Devastator wands and one 12 inch head 1.5 inch tube swivel head Devastator wand. They are killer. Then also look at running 500 to 600 psi with that wand. The other Wands really don't do well with more psi and Flushing and recovery power. Here is that luxury vinyl plank flooring in a restaurant also. Grease likes to attach to all these surfaces. It's just a lot of times the restaurants don't know how to keep proper cleanup on the floors. Of course the yellow mop bucket is popular and after about two or three dunks you're just smearing the grease around because people won't change out the mop or change out the mop water. But it does make fun videos for us 😊 ruclips.net/video/NKGaXH0qFpI/видео.htmlsi=kI7V_31BfyQaAgVB

    Truly amazing! I would be a bit hesitant to eat in a restaurant that looks like this. Question! Why would a restaurant put carpet in ?

    • @MarkSaiger
      @MarkSaiger  10 месяцев назад

      Slip and fall factor part of the decision, and in our colder climates, tile and grout get broken up more with the shifting ground. You will see towards the end where the floor is a bit wobbly and out of shape. This had just taken place this time in the floor. It will probably move differently again by the next time we clean it. Also it helps keep down the noise level. Another thing we see, is it's influenced by finer restaurant dining where they have carpet in their places. If you see a few of my other videos and some most recently, you will see how bad tile and grout can hold the grease and soils also. It's a matter of maintenance and also deck scrubbing kitchen tile and grout more so it doesn't transfer to the dining area.

    What I find so interesting is that in the USA they have specialized tools for this kind of cleaning and they are not hard to come by. In Europe we see this video and go "wut the f-k, how... why... wut?" and then you guys just go in and say "wow this is pretty bad, glad I brought the big steam cleaner" because you are not surprised, this is basically an every day thing... wow.

    This is just pure worst daily cleaning of the kitchen floor. All grease from the kitchen into the restaurant carpet. That restaurant really needs a kitchen cleaning program, and needs stricter supervision of it.
