The high pressure inline sprayer is a Multi-Sprayer brand made in the USA in MN. It's the best in our opinion. Great spray pattern and lasts. www.multi-sprayer.com
Why doesn’t he vacuum? Why? Because it’s midnight, he just worked nine hours, he just replaced the orifice in the sprayer, he just cleaned the crap stuck in the glides, he just got wet changing that Butler filter, he had to walk back outside to release the pressure in the male quick connect, he had to stop work to answer the cell because his wife wants to know what time he’s coming home, his knees hurt and the dinner he choked down is coming up. That’s why he didn’t vacuum. Now go back to sleep and let the man work.
Great tip I am an expert carpet cleaner restaurants I use pre spray then buff the carpet with a red or white pad even a very used back one then I chase it with my truckmount due to the oil. This is why I am king of carpet cleaning . You can only do so much at a time due to the oil drying up.
Welcome to the channel! 😊. We have done some red pad scrubbing also in our past. This carpet is almost 15 years old in the video. Only cleaned about once a year... Or longer. It does need more attention and new carpet would be great. But I doubt it would last very long without a better maintenance plan.
We recently removed all our carpets in our retirement home apartment facility. I used to spend hours cleaning them. As soon as they were clean, they were dirty again. It sucked. Now it's almost entirely (fake)hardwood flooring. Now I deal with flooring issues and reglue. Some of the apartments still have carpets. Carpets get nasty. If you own your own carpet at home, you automatically should own a carpet cleaner. If you don't, you are nasty too. Carpets are disgusting. Nothing against carpet cleaning companies. They are heroes.
@@chrispotts7660I'm working on a new nuetral cleaner for guide LVP and LVT floors you have. I should have it done and out this summer. It's been a 3 year project again 😊
There have been two restaurants that went out of business that had been very successful for many years; but, the last year or two they were in business their carpets smelled so bad when you first walked in it was a turn off. I often wondered why the managers didn't bother to get them thoroughly cleaned.
Probably not due to slip and fall factors and difficulty of maintaining tile and grout too. Tile and grout is more difficult to maintain and even harder for us to clean. We sometimes have to use screwdrivers in all of the grout lines. Here is a recent video example. Thanks for watching 😊 ruclips.net/video/MuxpUd6yFL8/видео.htmlsi=HYPSYpcc-FN6cAFS
What multi sprayer do you have for your Hydro force? I looked on multi sprayers website and they had a bunch of different ones which one do you have and how reliable are they versus a regular Hydro force
The Multi-Sprayer brand puts out a much better flow and pattern and their units last way longer. They don't have the 6 quart currently but a new style container is coming soon. We don't use the adjustable sprayers. So you would be looking at the INJ-5 Unit. They are the best for us multi-sprayer.com/injector-sprayers/
The product being used is Saiger's Sauce Products Code Red. It has an oxy and enzyme. Quite a bit of both. We also have boosted with our Harvard Chemical G-Force Booster which is a liquid soy Booster. We like the Soy Booster over a De-Limolene. Less negative harsh odor and much easier to rinse vs De-Limolene we find. But all very good suggestions. Thank you for that 😊
Out of curiosity I see the vacuums hose and what looks to me like an air line is that pressurized steam from a unit outside and does all the water go into a container in the vans and if it’s pressurized steam is it a special high temp hose
@@mcchickencool2240 the units outside are Butler Truckmounts. These units run off a pto shaft run by the van motor. You can see more about them at www.thebutlersystem.com The small hose is the high pressure water line bringing in heated water from the system. The large vaccum hose brings the recovered soils and waste water to a large recovery tank in the van. With a place this greasy and soiled we will probably go through about 150 gallons of fresh water. The water is not recycled for use again. We carry 110 gallon of fresh water on our vans and can take on more water if needed. Waste containers are 110 gallons or on two of our vans they are 210 waste recovery tanks. We first apply a prespray cleaner that helps to break up and suspend the soils and rinse with hot water. We do run a rinsing agent while cleaning to help nuetralize cleaners and make the water we are using more efficient. In a number of my videos I try to explain some of what we are doing while cleaning. Thanks for your question and being here with us. I am happy to try and help answer more questions about our industry 😊
