Omg these look so good. I’m still in the “afraid to deep fry” phase 😂 but may have to get over it for these.
I recommend starting with shallow-frying if you haven't already. Stuff like tonkatsu, chicken-fried steak, and tofu (patted dry!) are good gateways.
The cats made a great cameo.
