Im missing these lower production value battle reports. The banter is gold, the vibe is amazing and the small mistakes are golden. I would love to see a couple of these on the new battlereport channel too! Not everything has to be the best and biggest in my opinion.
This reaffirms my decision to get a Wolves of Isengard list running, awesome game and terrain!

Did you place the three waypoints for the Rohan LL? Ignoring difficult terrain is the real benefit and the reroll 1s to wound, Oh and the heroic move win offs! Keep up the great work Lachie!👍

You're joking!!!! I knew that Theodred's Guard and Eomer's LL suffered but Ididn't realise they took it out of Druadan! It's literally the same army just a day earlier! Y U NO STRENGTH! Right Jay's going to hear about this at ArdaCon haha

Great terrain, painted miniatures and video!! Well the warg LL is not that powerful and it will for sure fail at higher points. I guess the LL was made to fit this scenario more than anything. I can see the paths of druadan being very useful especially against elf's. Being able to charge through difficult terrain is a clear advantage!!
Yeah I think the Druadan list is muuch better especially at scale!

Hello thinking of this from a newbie getting into the game and wanting to play competitive. At the start of the vid where Ryan is able to deploy the wargs and searches would he be able to search? From a rules as written point of view does a TO point of view count it as a turn for the scout deployment enabling the search or as it's before turn one of the game would the model have to wait till the first turn to search.

Yes you must take all 15 woses, it's a big tax to run the legion :)

How is the mathematical chance different? Each objective has a 1/6 chance of being the relic...
Not true! The final objective automatically BECOMES the OBJ, if the first 5 chances fail. So each time an OBJ is removed form the pool, one specific OBJ has an increased chance of that guaranteed place.
@@Zorpazorp I might be wrong here, but the last objective also has a 1/6 chance because it relies on 5 other dice not rolling a 6. Right?
I really like the Warg Legion it hasn't really powerfull heroes Sharku is fine but not so strong, but it has a nice amount of Dogo and movement tactics, as well as a huge amount of S4 cavalry and movility. Also since the models are pretty cheap you can field a lot of models so it's not as bad having not as strong heroes. They excelled in that scenario but with more work and dogo tactics they can work on more scenarios.
On Rohan behalf, this is probably the weakest list in the Legendaries but the dificult terrain and the priority rule is huge they probably work a lot better in 800 points where you can field more heroes. On the other hand damn Rohan found a new powerhouse today. That Vanguard definetly got promoted to Legendguard.
He was insaaaaane wasn't he! On further refelection I actually reallllly rate Druadan, not the raw power of Riders of Theoden, but more versatility, will be interesting to see how it goes!
@@Zorpazorp Yeah it's exactly what you say. In terms of raw power it's not very strong but the versatility is really big and the fact that you can negate the difficult terrain weakness in some key areas is really big. Although it's going to need some practice and clever tactics to make full use of it. In comparison to other list options I still rate it fairly low but, it's getting better the more I see it played.
