- In this video I step through the process of cleaning my pool cage and screen. I noticed that the pool cage doesn't appear to be dirty in the video but I can assure you that it was. I use the following to clean it:
-cleaning solution (I mixed it myself)
-10 parts chlorine (Liquid Chlorinating
Product from Pinch A Penny)
-Agent Green (foaming agent used to hold
the chlorine in place)
-GEAR GADGET Foam Canon - B09DPKTFP7 (and bonus, it comes with pressure washer tips)
-gas powered pressure washer
Recommended safety equipment:
-rubber gloves
-safety goggles
-rubber boots
Hi there, was just wondering how long you left the solution on before spraying it off?
@sonny4136 I didn't leave it on for a set period of time. It works pretty quickly, though. You can probably get by with rinsing it after 5 minutes.
Will this solution hurt any surrounding plants? Thanks so much!
Eliza, there was no impact to the surrounding plants.
Yes for sure. Need to water them bfor during and after heavily and or cover any plants with those thin plastic cheap drop clothes at Lowe’s or
Home depot
Hi, where did you purchase the Agent Green?
@14er1 some random website. It's been too long to remember. I see that it is still available online.
Did it impact your pool chemicals?
I had that fear going into this project but it turned out to not be a problem. My pool is salt water with a DE filter.
You still could have diluted your bleach way more and got same results. You were spraying “really hot” we call it. Probably about 5% or More bleach.
Your cage was light work could have used 2% most likely.
Anyways good work!😉
Justin, thank you for the advice. I will try that next time.
Wao amazing. Big like from always happy baby channel pakistan. Plz stay connected
