  • This video shows how we pressure washing a pool cage making the cage look absolutely new again! this is done by first spraying our solution up on all the beams (1-2% chlorine and 98to 99% water). This is key to removing all mold, algae etc. from screen enclosure as well as bugs such as spiders and spider eggs and even webs! this is great because unlike with just water our solution actually kills the insects and their eggs, so they don't just crawl back up the next day and make a new web. also great benefit of this method of cleanings is we use low pressure so no chance of harming screens by cutting them or blowing them out! after chemical is sprayed up their we let it sit for a few mins then rise and brand new looking every time! If you have any questions were more than happy to answer them or if Youd like a free estimate best way to contact us will be by call, text, email. you can Commet here but may take awhile for a response!

    I was told by my screen enclosure installer that even watered down bleach will eventually deteriorate the screen…. Just tried pressure washing and not sure how to get mold/mildew off without bleach.

      We have a special chemical pump design to run off air( no mechanical move parts in pump) that shoots 9gpm @ 60psi . Pump pull from one of our 4 275gal tanks 2 are always water , one is straight chlorine and other is our mix tank. Depending on job we will mix what strenght is needed

    I am down streaming 20% Sodium Hypochlorite 10.5% with an ounce of Dawn per gallon. No problem with the green mildew but i have to scrub to take the black mold out of the cage. Can you please help me out and be more specific with your mixtures. Also use a jrod for easy use of my hand gun. Thanks so much in advance for helping a fellow veteran that's trying to make a living.

    How and what do you use to clean the screens?

    • @AHCM-FL
      @AHCM-FL  Год назад +3

      We used chlorine and water mixture to pressure wash the screen enclosure. Using 12.5 % liquid pool chlorine and water , 10 to 20% of the 12.5 chlorine and 80 to 90% water then rinsing after letting it sit for a few minutes.

      @@Jan-100 no problem at all! If your going to do yourself I recommend using a pump sprayer ( weed killer / bug sprayer, there like 10-30$ at home depot) . Spray one beam at a time then rinse down , if you have a pressure washer that's best if not you can use a garden hose handle on jet to rinse debris down and off. You want to soak one beam at a time being your using alot less volume then we do thus drying up quickly.

    Solution will probably kill the grass and bushes

    • @AHCM-FL
      @AHCM-FL  2 года назад +1

      it does not, with pool cage cleanings we shoot a 10-20 /80-90 mixture depending on how bad it is. that being said we might only use 100 gallon to clean entire cage . now of that 100 gals 10 to 20 will be chlorine, however you can not get pure chlorine , liquid chlorine is usually 12.5%.
      ex you go to home depot and buy 1 gallon of chlorine , that chlorine is only 12.5% that means the other 87.5% is water. then take that and mix with 10-20 gals of water and that's the strength of chlorine we use , very very low!
      all that said there's basically no chance of hurting plants!
