    Thank you for this. I’m 68 and used to teach yoga. I used to practice this regularly. I really got into the wim hof breathing techniques with the breath holds almost exclusively the past 4 or so years, since Covid began, and I need to get back into the traditional pranayama practices I did years ago. The “both/and”. 👍🏼 It’s all good. Thanks again. 🙏🏼

      Absolutely, I hear you! There are so many incredible breathing techniques to practice, and it's all about finding what works for us (and when we need what!)
