Wow nice ! It happened the same to me , I lost my remote for my treadmill and there’s no way to do it manually. I have a good universal remote control but is different the one you have for example doesn’t have a setup button instead has : info,menu,guide,input. Those the main buttons in the center . So I think I have to figure out which one to start and break my brain like you did hah

My universal remote keeps trying to work for my Vizio instead. It wouldnt work for my Vizio when i first got the Vizio w/no remote, but now it wants to work for it now that I am trying to use it on the treadmill that is in the same room.

Haha It's a treadmill that requires a remote as well and I ordered it from a no name company via eBay from China and I have no way to even get a new remote. I'm so bummed! Thank you! I found a universal remote at WalMart and I have a Sporty&Fit treadmill. Did you do anything special to "pair" the device or did you just hit buttons until something worked?
If you watch from about 1:10 I show you how I did it for my treadmill. It is probably similar for all universal remotes but you should read the manual. Basically, you have to go through all the signals until something happens.
This is a lovely, detailed explanation but unfortunately, it doesn't work for all walking pads. You got lucky! Now I'm out the cost of the remote control and I still have to throw away my walking pad.

Yes the company deliberately don't have a spares and replacement store so they can rob you, I live in UK and got this same walking pad and lost remote, they wanted me to pay £60 for a replacement. Anyway by pure chance as I was messing with my old dvd player the walking pad comes to life and problem solved, I think this is great, the brand name is Bush, but I don't know if this is still going or available outside UK as it's a really old dvd player.
Shoot. I bought the remote and have been able to find 3 different codes that will program, (same remote, same treadmill - 2795, 5531, and 0613 like you got) but the controls won't work. Maybe there is another code that will program and work? I can turn it on with the code, but I can't get it to run.
@@GoTechGeek Yeah, I've tried them all. I've found even more codes - 0152, 0682, 0872, 0882. I did read in the manual "Sometimes a particular code might operate a few features but not all. Try programming the remote with a different code from the Code list."
My question always was, how do so many remotes get lost for so many devices? Where do lost remotes go to? Yet it's always the factory remotes that are dumb, stupid and ridiculous. Still, I'm happy for workarounds. I've never lost a remote. I would just like less remotes around the house.

You should still be able to purchase this remote but if not, just search for any "universal remote" and it should work.
