As far as I know that would only be possible if your TV had some kind of programmable function that let you make specific settings that could be controlled with a remote. If it had some sort of custom picture mode, and it had a setting to change picture mode profiles with a remote I assume it would be possible. It would require a smart TV that already had this kind of function.
Probably not exactly what you were imagining, but I reckon it must be possible to send a sequence of IR values, rather than just a single one. This means that you could hard code a sequence that opens your TV settings, navigates the menu and adjusts the values you want to change.
However, this is really jank and probably won't be fast, since you would need to wait between each signal to make sure your TV has had time to execute the previous step (depending on your TV, opening the options or navigating the menu might take more than a second to complete).
One example could be making a button to switch from HDMI input 1 to 2, where you could program a sequence where you first send the IR code for the 'sources', wait for a second, then send the IR code for 'down', wait another second and then send the IR code for 'enter'

In Arduino IDE Software go to example and open IR Remote dump file and upload it to Arduino Uno board and IR Sensor connected to Arduino first then open serial monitor and Press any key of remote and showing Hex Code

I have a Sansui HTS-35TB 100W Sub-Woofer. It has 4 Aux Inputs and 5.1 Channel Inputs including 10 Outputs. It is powered by the Sansui Remote but the remote is not working and I lost it a few years ago. Also the Woofer is not powering on some components on the board might be damaged. What shall I do to get it working again and how can I control the woofer and other channels volume levels etc? Please help?
