I have this and love it! Have you figured out how to lube it yet though? Their customer support told me to put in it the tank on the front and I am so not finding it.
Loosen the belt, lift it up and spread the lube over the tread plate under the belt. Tighten the belt back up and you're done. I think an older model had a lube tank you could fill, but this one doesn't.

Assembly instructions were easy to follow. There was only one problem: One bolt did not screw into the hole properly. I called the company. Their customer service rep (Lita) was terrific! She took all my information and submitted a request to replace the defective part. I'm hoping to finish assembly and start using this treadmill soon. (Fingers crossed...)FOLLOW UP: Lita called back to inform me that the company will send a replacement part AND a technician(!!) to install it properly. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you!!
I just got this product. Instructions are not so clear as to where to apply silicon lubricant fluid. Do I need to apply initially? Anyone got any information on this?

Mine stank of rubber, there was no lube applied at tte factory. I'd say lift up the belt and lube it. Mine doesn't smell of rubber anymore.
how can you turn off all the beeping
Just cut the wire or pcb trace to the beeper i guess.. being a little handy would be helpful for sure..
