@@LetsDiscoverIndia1 I couldn't find any Iyengar yoga teachers in Nepal. It seems that while there are many yoga gurus, specifically in who teaches normal yoga and ramdev guru yoga , finding a qualified Iyengar yoga teacher may be more challenging in nepal .

    Ram Sir
It’s a very good thing bringing the experiences of good people and It’s very useful and way out to so many also….My daughter spent her time with Chitra at Ooty, she told about her a lot , she was so impressed by Chitra. Really we are very fortunate getting Zerna mam, Ram and Tulasi as our teachers…..I am very thankful to Vishwa, who introduced me to Zerna mam…🙏

Great interview! The interviewer’s questions are well thought out and covered all questions relevant to the fibromyalgia condition that Chithra has - onset, symptoms, diagnosis, cure/compensating measures, which leads to a discussion on Iyengar yoga, and resources for the same. Chithra’s narrative is personal, honest and grounded, rich in tone, pace and point of view. The lessons/insights that she learned (and humbly dedicated to her Gurus) are applicable to any challenge in life that cannot be overcome fully - Stress less, do what you can! Great job, Chithra! Keep getting taller and lighter 💐(figurative, figurative!) I’m looking for Iyengar yoga classes right away!!
