The interviewer’s questions are well thought out and covered all questions relevant to the fibromyalgia condition that Chithra has - onset, symptoms, diagnosis, cure/compensating measures, which leads to a discussion on Iyengar yoga, and resources for the same. Chithra’s narrative is personal, honest and grounded, rich in tone, pace and point of view. The lessons/insights that she learned (and humbly dedicated to her Gurus) are applicable to any challenge in life that cannot be overcome fully - Stress less, do what you can! Great job, Chithra! Keep getting taller and lighter 💐(figurative, figurative!) I’m looking for Iyengar yoga classes right away!!

Where can get these books authored by Rita Keller ji, the ones that were mentioned in this conversation? Thanks for increasing our curiosity on knowing more about Yoga and Iyengar Yoga in particular
