Make sure to copy and paste the entire set of rows. Then, you'll need to update the formulas at the top of the worksheet to include the new subtotals within the Total Income and Total Expenses. You'll have to change each formula manually and then copy the formula to the right.
The amount displayed is rounded, but the value you entered is still stored the same as you entered it. You can increase/decrease the amount of decimal places displayed by modifying the number format.
I need a spreadsheets where I could have a weekly and monthly expensive, I will have my funds from a place which I sold and the will buy two smal in an other country , one for me and one to rent , I really need to have a daily , weekly, monthly and yearly spreadsheets , to make sure keeping in truck my in and out money

how do you account for cents in the spreadsheet? it just rounds up or down to the nearest whole dollar.
