It would be an Awesome Video without the Music. I have seen much dirtier carpets that for the most part came clean so I guess I would have a different opinion of what an extremely dirty carpet is. You did do a very nice job. Keep up the good work.
Those carpets were nasty and you did a good job withthe cleaning. That is the tiniest crb I've seen, it is so cute :) You should show the debris you pull out of the carpet after cleaning and the music is not needed.
I noticed you did not pre-vacuum before using CRB, any reason why? Also you cleaned the living room first before the bedrooms, most cleaners work their way out of the house.
If this is a luxury apartment I would hate to see a normal one. The carpets came out great. I hate the music so I watched on mute.

ive learned from years of cleaning....when vaccumimg or carpet cleaning...it helps to vac n carpet clean at diff.... anges than the normal path of traffic....

What is that extractor tool in the beginning? What wand is that? and butler system?
Hi can you please tell me the brand and model of the machine you’ve used for cleaning the carpet in this video I want to buy it. Thanks loved the video. I wish you would tell the mixture you used in the machine too.
The actual cleaning was done with a Butler PTO truck mounted system. The CRB machine doesn't do the cleaning just loosens up the soil to get it ready for extraction.

What did these people do? Wipe their muddy, filthy shoes on the carpet? I do not know how carpet gets to be this disgusting without the people who lived there being absolute pigs. Good job getting those clean considering how black they were in some spots.
I literally have cleaned one that they used to park there motorcycle in. Not at this property but another I don't do anymore. 😅

Curious on your thoughts about Robs spiked compared to the 10k enzyme pre spray
He currently I think has already changed the spike formula. I think now it's boosted with grout master. Bio 10K is great as well. Both products contain product to clean polyesters better. I run into polyester fibers a lot now a days. His products make it easy to break that oil bond. There are a lot of good products on the market. I say grab samples an try them out an see how they compare 👍🏼

best affordable portable carpet wand??
Dang that's a tuff one. Best wand for portable units is the Evolution Wand 1 1/2 it makes portables perform extremely well. Look that one up first

@@DK-ee6kv I don't know much about portable units as I have never owned one. Mytee makes some good ones. Also take a basic carpet cleaning class first. If you know the basics you can make a portable work good for you. If not it will definitely be a struggle
@@DK-ee6kv also if you combine a CRB with a portable you could get away with lower psi. It's really about vacuum and extracting the water not get the water to the carpet.

That is the most shittest smallest apt I seen in ages. Hate the color carpets ours is same and its average size apartment maybe smaller then ours. The unit we live in is less then 800? My hubby calls our apt high end slum landlord at best.
Man you’re missing out on big money items might suggest taking a dye class for those bleach stains or learn how to patch carpet that big soap spot could be patched out the way that carpet turned out looks nice but you walked away from an extra 100 bucks on the repairs trust me your profits will go way up 90 percent of my work is apartments and if you can save them money they have no problem paying a couple of hundred dollars compared to a few thousand for carpet and pad just to give you an idea of how much I would charge for a job that size with it being so dirty and repairs 350 all day long especially if cleaned up as good as that one did just a thought bro not sure if it’s your business or your just working for someone but it’s great money if you learn those things been cleanings carpet for 25 years it may take you awhile to master the dyes and patch work but it’s worth it
Yeah I can do everything but dye the carpets. I make patches a lot but can't remember why they didn't want it patches. Maybe because of high traffic area and that carpet has issues with the backing coming apart.
QMS Custom Carpet Cleaning yeah I took a 2 day dye class he basically shows you how to do it you just have to master it I sat at my kitchen table for hours bleaching carpet pieces lol believe it or not it’s done with air brush and small compressor and the dyes are plant based only hard part is sometimes you have to mix different dyes to achieve a match and you only use the primary colors blue,red,yellow, and red good luck 👍

i actually have owned almost every rotary on the market. The combination of crb and scrub wand has been out cleaning jobs like never before. i love this combo.
