    Who I AM:
    Hey, fam! I’m Anthony. I’m fired up about meeting you where you are in a real, relevant, and relatable way. Here on this RUclips channel, we’ll be having honest conversations about finding our authentic selves by living life based on spiritual, financial, and mental freedom. At the age of 19-homeless and deep in debt-I turned my life around by becoming debt-free, and I decided to spend the rest of my life helping people avoid the same money mistakes I made. Today, by the grace of God, that’s what I’m doing every day with AO Enterprise. You can rock with me on Instagram @AnthonyONeal or online at anthonyoneal.com.

    I’m a female- I like to answer the question: I don’t want to say men are insecure as I don’t believe I understand them that deeply to make that observation. I will say that we are in a crux between age old systems and gender roles that do not always serve todays society. Women can go to school (& not just be a teacher or seamstress). They can own businesses and vote etc, their entire life isn’t about getting married so a man can take care of them. Men are raised to believe their purpose in life is to provide (monetarily) and have an identity crisis when a woman doesn’t need his money (emphasis on need). It is not the woman’s job to make a man feel secure in who he is (which often ends in a women slowing her progress to appease sed male). This is his personal responsibility, she is there to support, encourage and build together. I think in todays society, women are needing men to be more emotionally available and vested in them. No wondering eye and sniffing up other ppls trees. Be committed to 1 and build an empire together 😊

    • @mercyln6646
      @mercyln6646 Год назад +30

      No need for confusion. I've witnessed this in many nations worldwide. But the smart/virtuos African woman always supervises and delegates various jobs to her helpers, and knows exactly what's going on in and around her household at all times.
      It's only the foolish woman that leaves everything in the hands of helpers and never supervises them.
      Davonne is doing exactly the same thing in her business enterprenuership capacity!
      She employs 'servants'/helpers and pays them for the work they do.
      The African woman with money is doing exactly that too...she employs 'servants' /helpers and provides them with accommodation, food plus salary/wages based on services done, and get a day off. Some go as far as supporting the entire family of the 'servant' if their work is exceptional. Many of the 'servants' become family members and may even get sponsored into education of their choice if they so wish!

    • @jasondima1411
      @jasondima1411 Год назад +7

      My family is Nigerian and it’s very common out there. So to me it’s wrong with hiring maids to take care of your house. Saving time is more important to wealthy people than saving money. They worked hard in the beginning so they can have time to spend with their families and live well

Do not want to take care of another man's kids nor have the influence of his presence in the home. Being 100! If I was a single dad i would date her.

    Successful men usually
    Love successful women..they find it attractive..sexy and it also provides a sense of security that if anything hits the fan the ship won’t sink..the only men I ever dealt with that were insecure of my success were insecure men who were not living up to their own potential

      Find a Man who Loves The Lord, not a man-made Religion fool.. A Man who understands the Word of God that says Love your Wife as Jesus Christ Loves the Church/ People.. His Humbleness in this means he understands the Blessing of The Creator bringing you into his life, He's a Strong God Fearing Man which means he's secure in himself, focusing on the task places before him, rooting and supporting your Success because together you are family, both have strengths that compliment one another..this of naturally you too must Love The Creator of ALL things, not man-made Religion..and Love your Man as you Love yourself.. This Structure in the most distributed book in the History of Humanity isn't a "Secret" it's just people lie to themselves instead of Being True to Our Brother, Friend and Rescuer.. Yeshua, The Lord Jesus Christ.. Honor this a it will last until your last physical breath is taken..👏😎🙏💪☝👍

      Same here!
      I think our black men need to realise that a strong black woman earning more than you should not be a threat...but rather, you should see that as a compliment and work with / support her in her endeavours instead.
      As a 'bread-winner' Black men feel 'disrespected' when his woman appears to be outdoing him.
      The trick here ladies is to not allow the 'power' and 'fame' of your status as main bread winner to make you act pompous, disrespectful, loud, in-his-face when you get home! If he visits you in your office, still be professional and respectful in your 'boss' capacity.
      When you get home you are his woman, nurturer and mother to his children and behave feminine. Don't keep wearing your professional business hat at home or in social gatherings outside of work capacity.
      Black men...hear us out...learn to hold and honour your woman when she earns more than you do. She is not a threat but rather your help mate! When in her office of work, show her that professional respect as such. When at home do the same and be her husband, help mate, lover, supporter and friend.

    Yesssss maybe if we see more ppl like this, who’s family gave them a head start, we can stop equating our black culture with struggle culture. My little ppl are going to grow up with investing and entrepreneurship being their normal. And a nice chunk of change waiting for them to start their own projects
