Who I AM:
Hey, fam! I’m Anthony. I’m fired up about meeting you where you are in a real, relevant, and relatable way. Here on this RUclips channel, we’ll be having honest conversations about finding our authentic selves by living life based on spiritual, financial, and mental freedom. At the age of 19-homeless and deep in debt-I turned my life around by becoming debt-free, and I decided to spend the rest of my life helping people avoid the same money mistakes I made. Today, by the grace of God, that’s what I’m doing every day with AO Enterprise. You can rock with me on Instagram @AnthonyONeal or online at anthonyoneal.com.

I'm a single, 43-year-old father who resides in Hamburg. If everything continues to go well for me, I intend to retire at age 50. I couldn't be happier right now than I am that I just bought my first house last month. I'm so happy that I made wise choices that altered my life forever.
Salutations, dude. At your age, you're doing extremely well. I'm 54 years old, and right now my finances are a mess. Any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated in helping to mold my life. I want to buy a home of my own.
It seems like I used the FIRE movement to manage my finances. Investigate it further by doing some research. With the help of a financial professional, they were then successful when investing in stocks, cryptocurrencies, and real estate.
I need a guide so i can salvage my port-folio due to the massive dips and come up with better strategies. How can one reach this advisor?
My advisor is ‘’Catherine Morrison Evans’’ she’s highly qualified and experienced in the financial market. She has extensive knowledge of portfolio diversity and is considered an expert in the field. I recommend researching her credentials further. She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market
Thank you for this Pointer. It was to find her handler, She seems very proficient and flexible. I booked a call session with her.
Grandma is the GOAT! She was a financial advisor before it was a thing
I’m definitely taking her Grandmas advice of keeping a paid off home in the family but I love how Sis is taking it to the next level…keep a paid off hotel in the family, ikdr! 🙌🏾
IKR.... my late paternal grandfather practiced the same thing. Always kept a couple of completely paid off houses in his portfolio. In fact my best friends' grandparents and great aunts did the exact same thing back in the day.. It was common practice among their generation. I agree, ❤that she's taken it to the next level with paid off hotels. 👊🏾
I agree I inherited paid off property. I live in one. But people are constantly trying to get you to sell it or put money on it!
Same. I ignore the obnoxious letters.
She’s an inspiration. Single mother, gorgeous, business owner, multi-millionaire. It’s all about balance. Like I see myself right there! Anthony, Give me five years. You will have another 35 year old millionaire to share her story and strategies. I can’t wait 🙌✨
I’m believing with you
Go get it Bri!
Another commercial real estate 🔥🔥🔥
Yes you got this Sis blessings!!!
The Biblical Virtuous Woman had systems as well.
She had lots of house assistants to be a successful business woman and be a good wife and mom.
EXACTLY!
Amen! Like Queen Sheeba in 1 Kings 10. Went over than in church a few weeks ago and she def is a modern day Queen Sheeba! Sitting at her feet to learn. Praising her in these gates of today!
Sounds unhealthy to not do anything physical
@@bmarie8965 No one said anything about not doing anything physical. What are you even talking about?
Yassss! People fail to realize that biblical women had HELP/ASSISTANTS!!! Even Sarah had handmaids and the only thing that any queen would have to do was to delegate, okay honey!!
This is so encouraging. I’m proud of the young lady❤
Some men are very insecure about a women making more money. Society has trained them to be the sole, high paying earner and those days are over! They should lift the woman up and congratulate her!!
“I’m just doing what my grandmama said…” LOVE IT!
Davonne is awesome ! She is a hard worker and so sweet. I knew when we became friends at GSU that should would achieve great things! I'll never forget how she made sure I got one of the best rooms at her hotel for my parents when I graduated from college!
Your grandmother was a very wise woman. I hope more parents start to follow her example and advice. May she rest in peace.
Davonne you’ve inspired me! Your humility, submission to wise counsel, inquisitiveness, discipline, prioritizing and outsourcing where needed reminds me of a Proverbs 31 Woman. I think you have a personal admirer too…we see you AO vetting this beautiful Queen 👸🏾some questions felt like we were all on a group date 👀😂
This show was everything. It's not just about how much she makes but the foundation of her mindset stemmed from her home/upbringing. So important. MINDSET!! Congratulations my sis for taking charge of your life and not settling for the average life. 👏🏾
Love it!! Her mindset & the system in her business and her personal life is great! Facts get people to do the work for you, especially if you can afford it. And you can go home and relax and not worry about cooking and cleaning 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
She is very knowledgeable and humbled.
DaVonne is a gazelle. Sooooo very proud of our sister, DaVonne and our community! Love seeing an area of real estate you don't see us winning in and having a black woman leading the way. Unfortunately, many men are intimidated by a strong woman instead of valuing her they are competing. Thank you, Anthony, this was an awesome discussion.
Great conversation. The hotel industry is intimidating but all it takes is seeing someone that looks like you doing it to know it can be done. As a real estate agent here in Atlanta Georgia there are ALOT of people like todays guest doing it.
Hey im a realtor in atlanta also. Lets connect!
Davonne 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥…From the Hyatt to a high level Boss!!!!!
Kudos to her!
What is so, so sad is the massive number of BM a la KS jumping up and down screaming that a woman like her is not a good match at 35, single mom, too ambitious.
She's absolutely amazing
men and women are not attracted to the same things
@@swirvfly got it. Her looks won't help you go 50/50 through...
@@swirvfly there are tons of men attracted to her drive and ambition
@@jasminegrisson99 The men she wants are rich
Real men aren't buying ambition and high income. They want peace, emotional support, and femininity. They also rarely want to take care of another man's kids.
What an incredible episode! Davonnne dropped so much wisdom. Congrats to her and wishing her continued health, happiness and success!
Loved this interview! Actually watched/listened to it instead of music during my workout. Best workout session in a minute lol! God bless you both. AO always keepin it 💯
Thanks for creating this content. She's amazing
Thank you for this AO our generation needed this !!
Totally in love with her mentality. Thank you for providing opportunity for exposure to new possibilities.
Setup yourself, so you can leap your kids forward.
The secret of your future is hidden in your daily routine. Successful people do daily what the unsuccessful only do occasionally
So proud of you Davonne!
I love this show so much! Systems and outsourcing are definitely the key!!!!!
What an amazing Inspiration! and great ideas about outsourcing household tasks. Binging the knowledge on these episodes 🤙🏽
I’m a female- I like to answer the question: I don’t want to say men are insecure as I don’t believe I understand them that deeply to make that observation. I will say that we are in a crux between age old systems and gender roles that do not always serve todays society. Women can go to school (& not just be a teacher or seamstress). They can own businesses and vote etc, their entire life isn’t about getting married so a man can take care of them. Men are raised to believe their purpose in life is to provide (monetarily) and have an identity crisis when a woman doesn’t need his money (emphasis on need). It is not the woman’s job to make a man feel secure in who he is (which often ends in a women slowing her progress to appease sed male). This is his personal responsibility, she is there to support, encourage and build together. I think in todays society, women are needing men to be more emotionally available and vested in them. No wondering eye and sniffing up other ppls trees. Be committed to 1 and build an empire together 😊
Well said 👏👏👏
Very well said 👏🏽
Exactly. Women's needs are changing so men need to change their mindset when it comes to meeting her needs.
Just found this guys channel an i love it already. Very professional and great content.
She's def an inspiration and I will certainly purchase Davonne's book.
Wow, I love her! So inspiring - and grandmother....just as inspiring! That is what it's about!
I have invested with a few teams in Davonne’s group. I am forever a student. Everyone is very knowledgeable and when it’s your turn to be the Managing Partner, “You Are Ready”.
That's why I listen to this podcast. I'm steadily getting motivated and prepared for my next chapter and moves in life.
I love her. What an inspiration!
This is inspiring and uplifting.
Wonderful listening! Smart move buying during COVID!
Thanks for providing. I am looking forward to the workshop.
This episode was great! I love her!
I was going to watch a little bit, go to sleep and watch the rest later, but this is such a great interview that I'm going to watch the whole thing now
I need to save this podcast. She is great for tell want to be, entrepreneurs the steps!!!
Yes to ur question.
I messed up 2008 too!!
I’m trying to position myself for this upcoming economic change.
This was a GREAT INTERVIEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Awesome show!!
First time seeing your show. Well put together and I enjoyed it.
I truly have been enjoying your content and yes this woman is an inspiration to me I love this. I will be turning 35 in the next couple months and want to be debt-free and have successful businesses with my husband. I do think that some men are intimidated whenever they’re with or dating a successful woman the exception is my husband for me
I'm so confused. Growing up in Africa all the familes with money had maids and servants. The wife whether a working woman or housewife doesn't go near the kitchen or pick up a broom.
Yes very true
I totally witnessed that in Nigeria , so true
I’ve heard this from my African family friends and like you said it was normal. I think it needs to be talked about a lot more especially since it’s common place for many families with money in Africa. (Yes Africa)
No need for confusion. I've witnessed this in many nations worldwide. But the smart/virtuos African woman always supervises and delegates various jobs to her helpers, and knows exactly what's going on in and around her household at all times.
It's only the foolish woman that leaves everything in the hands of helpers and never supervises them.
Davonne is doing exactly the same thing in her business enterprenuership capacity!
She employs 'servants'/helpers and pays them for the work they do.
The African woman with money is doing exactly that too...she employs 'servants' /helpers and provides them with accommodation, food plus salary/wages based on services done, and get a day off. Some go as far as supporting the entire family of the 'servant' if their work is exceptional. Many of the 'servants' become family members and may even get sponsored into education of their choice if they so wish!
My family is Nigerian and it’s very common out there. So to me it’s wrong with hiring maids to take care of your house. Saving time is more important to wealthy people than saving money. They worked hard in the beginning so they can have time to spend with their families and live well
Thank you for that information brother
I love her spirit. I can cook and clean but I wouldn’t want to if I can afford help 😂😂😂
I Love a man that can fix a car ❤💪🏾
Anthony love the support you give sisters! 🎉
Great show. Systems
I think what her grandmother did was great but most don't have that advantage
I completely agree! My grandmother retired after 32 years only making $8.32 an hour she saved as much as she could and paid extra on bills and minimized her debt. Including getting life insurance as well.
We all have our unfair advantages. The key is finding yours.
For some it's more obvious than others
Did you hear how she entered, a non paid internship?
It was NOT her grandmother who opened the hotel ownership door for her. The house her grandma gave her didn't make her a millionaire
Fix your mindset.
I'm rude I know, but the scarcity / pity party mindset passes me off.
Yes I know what you mean. She had a lot of supports in place that MANY MANY black people don't have. She got a had start financially, she had both parents, sounds like a stable family, supportive baby father... I know there are a lot of things in the dark that goes unsaid but many black people don't have those advantages. Some people are built to really build. Hers sounded too easy to me.
@@yumyumbutt to attempt judging her as having it easy while basically saying those without are victims is exactly why a people suffer while pointing fingers at other's.. Her Avenue was blessed, but so are those blessings available to others that are focused and determined to not fall for the Evil one's victimhood mentality. Don't let a wickedness your physical eye's cannot see that truly exists influence your mind to believe their lies.. Ephesians 6:12 is very Real.. But read the rest of the Chapter to understand how to fight back.. It's about Truth, not man-made Religion or the agendas of this fake temporary world..😎🙏💪☝👍
This was sooo soo good 🔥🔥🔥
I love this channel thanks so much brother for breaking this down
This was a wonderful interview!!! Davonne, I am so proud of you!!!
Love this!
Whoever has the purse has the power. Some men exert control by having the money so the woman is in a dependent role.
then when women have the purse, the men are insecure and intimidated. please just stop dating if you have an issue with it.
The Worldly Temporary Materialistic purse is nothing compared to the Value of Someone Loving you for you.. Those Moments are more priceless than the artificial society we physically live in.. Find One Who has Surrendered himself to Our Creator and those precious moments while have you both filled with Joy that's Eternal..👏😎🙏💪☝👍
I love to see my POC winning 👏 let’s go excellence 🤩
They match too. ❤️
Loved this interview the chemistry was on point ❤️‼️💯
To answer the question, I do think some men are insecure when their partner is doing better financially than them. During arguments is when we find out how they really feel and that sucks for sure.
Just want to show love to Anthony O’Neal! Since finding your channel last week, I’ve created my financial spreadsheet in excel and tracking expenses in Spending Tracker app.
This is why I push to make 200k in tech. Yes I know the stats. Change the stats stop quoting them

This A.O. channel has great content.
Am definitely subscribing to this channel....
Love her!'She has to be very careful in the man that she places before her...in her life. He must have a GROWTH mindset. If not, bc of his lack of understanding and vision it WILL turn into a competition....either competion with time, her business, her finances her relationships.
This was a great Interview. AO it seems you was shooting you shot on the low. 😎🤘🏼
AO looks like he’s in love!!😍😍😂
Absolutely 💯 %
AO like myself don’t date single moms
Im wondering what many persons are thinking, but not saying..." why is this queen not married? " I'll wait for the replies
@@roolyfe What about co-parenting moms?
@@angelp.4044 Even if she is worth millions. Very impressive. Great sista. Men like AO and Myself who are successful like to have our own nuclear families. Do not want to take care of another man's kids nor have the influence of his presence in the home. Being 100! If I was a single dad i would date her.
Successful men usually
Love successful women..they find it attractive..sexy and it also provides a sense of security that if anything hits the fan the ship won’t sink..the only men I ever dealt with that were insecure of my success were insecure men who were not living up to their own potential
Wow!!! Awesome knowledge!!!
Wow what an inspiration!!!
GSU Strong..!
I have dated insecure men, they accused me of trying to outdo them in the financial realm. They told me I was trying to “wear the pants” in the relationship just because I was focused on building my own business.
Omg me too!!!! Sad!!!
Find a Man who Loves The Lord, not a man-made Religion fool.. A Man who understands the Word of God that says Love your Wife as Jesus Christ Loves the Church/ People.. His Humbleness in this means he understands the Blessing of The Creator bringing you into his life, He's a Strong God Fearing Man which means he's secure in himself, focusing on the task places before him, rooting and supporting your Success because together you are family, both have strengths that compliment one another..this of naturally you too must Love The Creator of ALL things, not man-made Religion..and Love your Man as you Love yourself.. This Structure in the most distributed book in the History of Humanity isn't a "Secret" it's just people lie to themselves instead of Being True to Our Brother, Friend and Rescuer.. Yeshua, The Lord Jesus Christ.. Honor this a it will last until your last physical breath is taken..👏😎🙏💪☝👍
May want to take an exit with that relationship. It's not worth the stress.
Same here!
I think our black men need to realise that a strong black woman earning more than you should not be a threat...but rather, you should see that as a compliment and work with / support her in her endeavours instead.
As a 'bread-winner' Black men feel 'disrespected' when his woman appears to be outdoing him.
The trick here ladies is to not allow the 'power' and 'fame' of your status as main bread winner to make you act pompous, disrespectful, loud, in-his-face when you get home! If he visits you in your office, still be professional and respectful in your 'boss' capacity.
When you get home you are his woman, nurturer and mother to his children and behave feminine. Don't keep wearing your professional business hat at home or in social gatherings outside of work capacity.
Black men...hear us out...learn to hold and honour your woman when she earns more than you do. She is not a threat but rather your help mate! When in her office of work, show her that professional respect as such. When at home do the same and be her husband, help mate, lover, supporter and friend.
@@mercyln6646 Beautifully said.
Yesssss maybe if we see more ppl like this, who’s family gave them a head start, we can stop equating our black culture with struggle culture. My little ppl are going to grow up with investing and entrepreneurship being their normal. And a nice chunk of change waiting for them to start their own projects
loved it! ❤️
Inspiring Lady❤
