I'll try this for my daily workout today, I'm a little scared as it'll be my first not beginner one but I'm excited! It's been three weeks since I've decided to do at least one physical activity a day, either a walk or most of the time one of Anna's tutorials and I can definitely feel the difference between now and when I started even if it wasn't a long time ago. I also started a new healthier diet, and been setting myself goals to read more, to have a more positive mindset and to believe in myself more. I think it's the first time I'll start a new year without feeling down and without setting myself goals because I'm already making those goals come true. Normally I don't really comment on RUclips videos but I've seen a quite friendly and kind community in Anna's channel also very inspiring stories so here's mine I guess. If you read this I hope you're doing great, that you'll have lovely holidays and don't give up! ❤
That's amazing! Switching to a healthier lifestyle is the best choice you can make. Always remember about balance though and listen to your body. When you crave that ice cream or pasta, eat it, if you need a break and don't feel like working out one day - just go for a walk instead. I used to be soo obsessed with doing everything perfectly and eating 100% clean that my mental health crashed. This is just a tip though, keep going, I hope you'll reach your goals ❤

I’ve been working out for five years now and barely ANY cardio or hiit gets my heart rate up, yet somehow every one of Ana’s workouts (cardio/hiit wise), no matter how long manage to get me SO SWEATY. This was truly INTENSE and I felt my heart rate come up and drop! Amazing!🎉
I'm tired of my feelings to my body. I gained 30 pounds from IVF which didn't work unfortunately. Finally my hormone levels are getting back. I feel negative everytime when i see my body and was ignoring to accept the feeling. I just got back to workout seriously from last Monday. Your channel is full of motivation and gives me positive feeling. I do this!! I got this!! I can't wait for this journey to get my confidence back.

Used to do your workouts months ago, but because of my school fianls had to stop for some time. It's already 12-13 days that I am doing growwithjo workouts to get used to my routine again, and today during my workout I felt that I am already flexible enough to start your HIIT workouts again. You absolutely crushed with this one, loved this. My biggest goal is to lose weight, burn some calories with full body workouts and after that I plan to work on my stength. BUT THE MOST IMORTANT THING IS THE GREAT FEELING THAT I HAVE EVERYDAY WHILE DOING THIS WORKOUTS. Btw, the setting is gorgeous 🌸

Completed this exercise after running 2miles, boy did my legs hurt. Had to do a double take and make sure I didn’t select a leg day workout but all in all I completed it and didn’t even know when time passed once we got to the upper body part. Thanks Anna!
