Mine is also stiff.. but after daily use for a few months straight, it did loosen up. I no longer feel like im dream running in slow motion lol.
I got mine for $185 used. Because I'm on a tight budget, its the entire reason I've been able to start using the M system. So I'm super happy it exists as an option.

I have the exact same stuff focusing on my copy, which does deter me from using it. I’ve since added a Voigtlander 35 f1.5 that is smooth as silk…
