You should upload long videos comparing boxing gloves, boots etc like you used to! Everyone misses you! Plus it’s so interesting to compare brands you don’t stock and why you don’t etc

Amazing variation given using the different resistance bands. Top quality design ensures hard wearing and high workout velocity with no damage to the bands. Top draw piece of kit

You can get a surprising amount of resistance out of bands like these by folding them in half a time or two. Coil it up loosely in your hand like you would an extension cord, then put your foot in the loop and stand on it to triple or quadruple the bands and treat it like you would any other standing dumbbell exercise for a fantastic shoulder and arm workout.
These are also excellent for supplementing a normal lift, training the extremes of your range of motion, adding extra pull to your stretches, isolating muscles that can be hard to target, engaging different stabilizers by pulling or pushing from new angles, and holding up your pants when you can't find a belt.

Was a fun video to make about what I honestly believe is one of the best bits of combat sports training gear I've seen in forever

The extra length of these bands means you could train any body part anywhere you find yourself. I will be adding some to my kit.
