@@insertnamehere6612 You may be right. He references what is obviously Glastonbury 2013 at the beginning. The clip of "Rise" is also from 2013. A little digging shows the same interview posted on RUclips as "John Lydon - The British Masters - Chapter 8" on 17 Jul 2013. So yes, it looks like this is just a stolen video, posted for clicks.
What simple words yet so much wisdom, not us and them but us all of us,one world all living as one we need more thinking like this most important we need more people like this, thanks John you really opened my eyes
“Has it ever struck you that life is all memory, except for the one present moment that goes by you so quick you hardly catch it going?”― Tennessee Williams
Why is being 'working class' or a grade thereof so meaningful? I'm from council house poor family but ex WWII military dad working his fingers to the quick. There were families poorer than us, because they didn't have a job or any more wherewithal to do something to make ends meet - are they more working class because they don't have higher aspirations? The concept is to make something of yourself from the ground up, starting from nothing, or catch a wave and ride it. This bloke has no more talent than to stick his neck out, and it's in something he knows about already and is known. McClaren presented the platform, took the money and it worked. The four chancers got fame and could run with it. He was in the right place and time and took his opportunity. Why he likes Trump yet crows about being working class is hypocritical nonsense - trump was a rich kid who scams everyone he can. Wasted millions and became piper for the fools. Is that to be admired? Is lydon matey with gobby Don Jr now?
Mumford Cornwell bang on shit for me SAMO to many so called band's and singers sound like the same or the past sound , Love John very honest true guy not scared to really say who are trash that's the way it should be,
He looks so much better here than he did in 2019.
Absolutely. Thought he was not long for this world then.
Very true. 2019 he looked obese and knackered. He clearly picked himself up since then and actually looks vibrant again.

Man I love this guy. He's so passionate about his beliefs. Says it as it is. Would love to meet him. Gonna buy your book John 👍👌
I just love the way he rocks baggy clothes, I wish to see him rockin a huge pair of JNCO Jeans on stage. Obviously IMHO and with all due respect ✌️
What an interview, what an interviewer and what an interviewee... I missed this, this is great 👍
Pretty sure both Jones & Simonon grew up in a council estate.
I’m not in favor of One World, in fact I think it’s very restrictive. But I enjoy the music.
Homogenization robs us of the uniqueness of countries and cultures.
great to see him looking better and sharper.
2020 my ass
I love him :)
