kindly guide people who are in shift jobs and extended shift jobs (12-16 hours)..it is difficult to actually get time to do any exercise specially in night shift and 12 hour shift. we suffer from indigestion,acidity,bloating as mentioned,sevier constipation..sometime we dont have interest in having food coz of all those things happening it would be great if you guide such people thank you

My mother always tell me to walk a little after having meal and not to sleep directly but I don't listen to her and now I have a bloating stomach 🥲 I was blaming it all on raw onion 😂 but now I know the reason. And it's true I overthink which leads to depression and think why I'm still alive also don't want to kill myself .

Even though I don't practise Yoga except for Pranayama sometimes, Dr. Hansa gives v good advice I must say. Very holistic.
