    kindly guide people who are in shift jobs and extended shift jobs (12-16 hours)..it is difficult to actually get time to do any exercise specially in night shift and 12 hour shift. we suffer from indigestion,acidity,bloating as mentioned,sevier constipation..sometime we dont have interest in having food coz of all those things happening
    it would be great if you guide such people

    My mother always tell me to walk a little after having meal and not to sleep directly but I don't listen to her and now I have a bloating stomach 🥲 I was blaming it all on raw onion 😂 but now I know the reason. And it's true I overthink which leads to depression and think why I'm still alive also don't want to kill myself .

    Thank you so much for these advices. I am practicing relaxation while I feel taired mentally. It helps me a tol. This 10 munitions practice I almost got foll in sleep. But you mentioned here don't do savasdan when we mentally disturb. Please suggest. Also let me know the difference between the savassan and relaxation.

    Ma'am my mother is having stomach pain for past 2years . Her stomach has bloated . Doctor say it is because of thyroid problem . She has been in medication but no results in reducing the size in stomach so far. She feels the pain mostly in morning time and now it is unbearable . Can u please suggest on this issue.

    Mam,. My dad is a diabetic, hypertensive, has atrial fibrillation, hernia, has compression and disc bulge inL4,L5,S1 ,Parkinson early stage as well. He is 71 yes old. He has severe constipation problem. PL suggest some yoga for him. I will be very thankful to you mam..PL..
