    Loved this - thank you! I'm a 48 year old female from the U.S. always on the look out for low impact cardio workouts I can get through while living with heart disease. This one was challenging but still accessible.

      Well done for doing the session and I'm glad you enjoyed it. I'm a Personal Trainer in the UK and all the sessions are designed around my own clients who use them to help complement the live sessions they have with me in my studio. Nearly all of the workouts are Low Impact or have at least Low Impact options which have been specifically designed to strengthen and shape your body whilst burning lots of calories. If a session gets too demanding then take as much rest as required 🙂
