BUILDING A LARGE LOG CABIN ALONE. 4 DAYS IN THE WILD FOREST.

- Hello everyone! I continue building a large log cabin in the woods. The most difficult thing is to find and bring suitable logs. But I try and hope that the hut will turn out to be spacious and comfortable. Enjoy watching!

i love these videos
I can’t see much planning in this, he seems to have given himself a huge amount of hard work for a not so great structure.
I stopped watching when the video did not show how the crossbeam was put in place. Since it was not shown I can only assume he had help with his "solo build" and was not truly solo. Wonder who helped him hoist the beam.
Looks good so far. 👍🏼
This young man is in great shape and he huffing and puffing at times. And I’m sitting here thinking, “Yep. I would ☠️.” 😂😂 Good job sir.
Ben yorumu turkiyeden yapiyorum. Güzel başarılı iş çıkardın. Kütukler arasi açıklık var merakla bekliyor olacamabone oldum begendim
You ain’t got no dog dude but love to see it finished❤
Who needs the noise of a barking dog out in the peacefull woods? Keep em in the burbs.
I think this is going to take more than four days and it is going to need another video to finish this structure. Can,t wait to see the rest.
Thật là tuyệt vời
From my view I would have used the logs to build a traditional 4 wall stacked log cabin. Only my opinion a little more effort mitering the corners but such would give you more space and would not be such a waste of timber. While heating a smaller ceiling height overall in the end. Just saying.
Yes, I agree, and clearing areas of work so no trip hazards would be smart since you are dragging and carrying those heavy logs, bush craft doesn't have to be face repairs daily or brake a bone somewhere and only accessible by water in an air diggy and working like that ain't too smart,... and is he in bear country.!?!?!? Me too just saying,...😮🇺🇸

Waste of time
What part of this is not a hoax?
I like this video
That's cheating.
Taking a chainsaw in and a blow torch.
Thumbs down for sure
Awesome job, and for those who are trashing your work, they should kick rocks! Who cares what they think, they don’t matter!
The first failure with the logs was due to uneven loading the cross beam i.e. too many on one side. It would help to be more stable if the uprights were supported even temporarily till the building is finished. This is a more permanent hunting lodge than a overnight thing my guess it would be used for many seasons.
do you really need a full log for the side. why not split the log and have two pieces?????? of course I dont know how difficult it is to split a log that size????
WORLD CLASS JOB ALL THE WAY!!!!
I WAS A LITTLE WORRIED WHEN YOU STACKED ALL YOUR LOGS ON ONE SIDE... AND YOU JUST MISSED HAVING ALL OF THEM FALL ON YOU... BUT SOMEONE "UPSTAIRS" WAS WATCHING OVER YOU!
YOU GAVE ME 100 IDEAS TO WORK ON TO IMPROVE YOUR SYSTEM... MAYBE I CAN POST MY INFO IN THE FUTURE!
GREAT JOB... ENJOYED IT A LOT!
Amen
Retired, Veteran
Bruh, you got to work smarter and not harder, you gonna have future back problems, or hernias the way you going, great build tho
Hay man what’s wrong with you,Why cut the tree.
Please save the forest.
Pro tip, if you cut the bread open with a knife and fill it with the meat you don't have to eat it of a moldy tree stump
I found what he was eating was totally gross anyway, and then I saw your comment. I think I'ma gonna get sick. LOL.
Wtf? Survival shelter or retirement home? This is wrong on so many levels...provided it is even real. Heat rises, you wouldnt want such a high peaked roof. When building why would you stack all the logs on one side first? Any framing carpenter sees the problem with this. Lucky the whole thing didnt collapse. But hey, im watching it so i guess you win. 😂
It's gonna take you by yourself a bloody long time to build that cadin mate.
I know, I was thinking what???? Title should be - Guy spends most of his time burning, eating, drinking and fishing while standing logs up on end in a forest...
Bushcraft with a chainsaw meh
Awesome A-frame, it will hold the snow load.
3 min. mark - - Wouldn't it have been easer, safer and faster to have made these cuts with the chainsaw?
Setting a fire without digging a fire pit or at least clearing the ground under and around the fire is an accident waiting to happen. Why would you go to all that trouble when you could have built 6 foot log walls and then built a low roof on top of that, more space and less to heat. easier on you too. Putting all that weight on one side, not a good idea, alternate sides to spread the weight evenly.
If you look it was on top of an old fire pit.
How did u get horizontal o ne up
In the last video I showed this
Ok thank you haven't seen the last video learning a lot from you
Nothing about this makes any sense.
Structure oo large, no end result, more editing necessary to make it worth watching
Way to build a human deadfall trap! This guy strikes me (like those logs are him), like a Slav.
Good video, you only needed to build smaller save alot of wood and alot of your energy but well done
Wheres the cabin
Hi mate greetings from Scotland a take it this is permanent r u putting a sod roof on it just wondered if that's why your using such heavy wood looks like could be good keep it up
Can you say “Rot soon?”
Not a very good shelter
Nice work. Why so big?
Thank you. Large for comfortable living for a long time in winter
3 bulan baru siap
Awesome content
Love all the hard work
Blessings to your family
Rất tuyệt voi a. Mong được bạn ghé thăm kênh ❤
Enjoy your fun ..mike Scotland I'm doing mine just now ...
Where did the 12 for high Horizontal timber come from?????
Extraordinary
First of all, he should have dug a trench to put the butend of the wall logs into. Second and this is important, don't build an aframe by yourself. He should have used those logs to build a very secure dugout and saved alot time and he would have been very happy with the end result.
Ermmm nice try
10’ x 12’ long my guess.
Good👍👍👍👍👍
Alot of wood with this design.
👏👏👏 těžká práce 👍
Heernoso
The mountains and rivers are so beautiful
Nice nature video but not a build video. That is not exactly a log cabin. It is an A frame log thing. This considered misleading aka CLICKBAIT.
You can see what he's building in the thumbnail and you still clicked.
Great build! But how does one make the seal in-between the the logs,?
Thank you! There will be insulation and roofing felt on top. Therefore, the heat will be well retained inside
As much as I appreciate the hard work and effort that went into this, I found myself cringing quite a bit. One of these days your luck is going to run out and you are going to get seriously injured. From the way you handled that sharp axe, singing towards your legs with little control to setting those large logs you are taking a ton of risks. Please, stop and think about how you are performing a task and make sure you're doing it as safely as you can. How quickly can help get to you out there?
Shalom Aleichem.
Not a log "cabin," but a log A-frame.
A lot of work.
Ratson haba b'shem YaHuah
Wast of wood
So show us all what you can build.
You'd know wouldn't you. LOL.

It’s spelt waste 👍
@@GregoryBamber I was about to say the same 😂
I'm wondering why you didn't bring a loggers set of climbing boots with the spikes so you could attach a pulley on a cable anchored to the two large tree's maybe 20 feet high !
Adding logs to just one side I was thinking you shouldn't do that. Then the logs fell 😅😂
You are not the brightest person but I do have to give you credit for at least trying. 😅
Where did his crossbeam come from? It just suddenly appeared in the video. He couldn't have done that by himself
Watching this without looking at comments or any info on the channel, assuming it was in Europe somewhere. Then I looked at the forest, saw the Scots Pine (Pinus sylvestris) growing straight and knew with certainty that this was not in North America. They grow like corkscrews here, early settlers brought the species over as a timber crop but turns out, for whatever reason, they are good for nothing but pulp and bonfires.
What Kind Of Wood is This Column Made From
It is awfully big. Maybe he plans on bringing his whole family up and using part of it for storage?
A blow torch to start a fire? Why are so many channels just pretending to be outdoorsy these days?
what's the point of such a giant structure? No protection and not even close to finishing...for God's sake, make something small to sleep in if you're gonna build an Aframe house.
Hi kerr, are you ok?
@@awilliams5007are you ok. Go big or go home.
For content that's the only point I see.
Maybe he just likes pissing you off square ballz
Who hurt u lmao let the homie be
Every time he swing that axe towards his leg I considered thumbing down the video
Where his shekter while he is building this structure. He only has a axe and chainsaw.
Your not showing how you got the first wood up the tree wen u skip things and leave them out its no longer a tutorial
Build an outhouse to pooo lol😅
If you are going to do such a thing for real usage, start by digging 4 feet into the ground
How many trees did you cut to build your house??😒
I only use dead and fallen trees for construction. No living trees were harmed
It is coming along nice.
Exactly when did the horizontal beam get installed alone?
It wasn't there until 4m 15s ish.
At least make it believable!
Perhaps it wasn’t his first day on the job site
Nice view ❤
It seems like this is the most laborious building I've seen
If tha fell over, it would crush you
Thank you . I carried heavy for many years Wall studs Cribbing blocks ,rail way ties.this is going to be a well deserved home . I could feel those lifts. Good for you ,great job
That's the worst pop-up tent I've ever seen
🤔 I can do a little house with all that wood.
You have to respect the process and time it takes to build a structure such as this. Especially for one man.
The Tigre forest is beautiful. It is also underestimated for it's global impact.
Guess we’ll need a few more episodes to see how this turns out. But the project puzzles me as much as other viewers
Your strength is amazing. We wanna see the end result.
Want to see Visio through to end finish…very frustrating when you don’t show end project !!!!!
So you say..not your build mr.
Todo mentira.Un montaje
It looks awesome, good job!! A nice forest to have a cabin
Cuidado com onças e jacarés
Witaj! życzę powodzenia i wytrwałości 😊👍
Kkk
