I disagree that RGB serves no other purpose than style. In dark or poorly lit rooms it helps you see your keys, helps prevent eye strain and adds depth to your desk.
I think I might buy one. I like that it has 2 USB ports, that's a plus for me. It will help to keep closer my g305's USB dongle, and it will be easier for me to connect a USB stick, or any other USB device, like my phone. Thanks for review.
Was between this and the Steelseries 3XL RGB mousepad. Ended up going with the Corsair. Decided that the Steelseries was just too large for my current setup (didn't want my monitor, Xbox Series X, and potentially part of my computer case all sitting on the mousepad)
Thanks for showing the issues instead of being a shill like many others. Frankly for the price we shouldn't have to deal with any of these with hacks and corsair shoukd fix them.

How's the surface when it comes to liquids or other stuff? I have the ROG Scabbard II at the moment, which has a protective layer for water, oil and dust. I like to eat on my desk so I would like to know how it handels that typ of stuff.

I used an acryllic plate and put a 60LED/m in there to light up the edge and hooked it up to an arduino which is set as a lighting node pro allowing me to control it through iCue. Instead of 2 zones its like 120 lighting zones

RGB mousepads just don't do it for me. The inconveniences just aren't worth it for some fancy lights stitched onto a generic cloth surface. Personally I think too much RGB in a setup doesn't make for better aesthetics, though that's entirely subjective.

Some pc you can have power on usb stay on then lights stay on to.
