I worked at a gas station way back after my husband died and waiting on our social security, A robber slit my throat. He was a major crack addict. Luckily it missed my caroid artery and jugular. My poor daughter could have lost both her parents. That was my last day on the job.
I am happy you are here! I was chased around by a man with a knife and had to lock myself in the bathroom til police arrived. That's why I don't work for gas stations anymore 😅

Yeah my first wife was working at a convenience store in Las Vegas.. this guy walked in and robbed her at gunpoint. So she took the whole drawer out of the cash register and just set it on the counter and backed up.. the guy started digging the money out of it and sat the gun down.. she grabbed it and shot him with it

I worked at a gas station for a year in a half recently in colorado I got alot of stories of fighting thugs , drug dealers and crack heads. Be safe always be aware of your surroundings
I also worked at a few gas stations here and there. It can be crazy at times 😬

At one of our local 7-11, the clerk had a samurai sword behind the counter for protection. One late night there was a confrontation with a druggie/mugger. The clerk chopped off one of the guy’s hands with the samurai sword. End of robbery.

Right on Lamont! Come over to Rosemead, there's a very old cemetery on valley blvd. not far from Rosemead blvd. I was told way back when settlers came to this area they started burying their dead in an old existing cemetery and it was an old INDIAN graveyard...yes supposedly the settlers took it upon themselves to bury their dead in the Indian graveyard.😱
Is the cemetery open to the public? I might need to check it out since I live up north a bit in East Pasadena. I assume it’s Savannah Cemetery?

So this dude pulled out a gun in someone's face basically because of a so called big Black guy hitting or saying something to his girlfriend. And then pursues outside to shoot up there car, fancy car nonetheless. SMH yep that's perfectly fine in this society.

Because all I got from this racist rant is an insecure dude who didn’t know how to step to a man respectfully and let him know that was his girl he was tryna holla at, because he was intimidated by his size, and because of that he didn’t wanna get his asz beat by “those big ass hands” so instead he pulls a gun out “unprovoked “ at someone who didn’t up pose a threat other than talking shxt ( via his story) so instead of leaving once the guy took off, he decided to have a look at his whereabouts & shoots at everyone (possibly hitting innocent people) referencing the black guys he shot at as “roaches” but nobody’s hearing this but is I guess 🤦🏽♀️ or ppl just that disgusting and despite these facts, still find this entertaining & thinks this racist prick is a bad asz 🤦🏽♀️

I worked at as gas station on the overnight shift in college. It was one of the kind where you stand in a locked booth. The worst part of the night was going out to turn the car wash off. I always felt like someone would rob me at that vulnerable time. Luckily made it through the summer unscathed.

I remember a drive by happen on my street back in 1997, here in Wichita Falls Tx, (I lived on the Hoova Crip side of the tracks lol ) a Hoover Crip was killed by a Grape St Crip, we were sitting outside and I noticed this car going up & down pouring something out, it was grape soda.. My dumb white girl self was like WTF are they doing wasting grape Coke out on the street like that for?? Standing there looking like a dummy 💁♀️ I guess that was their way of disrespecting the Hoovas, next thing I know another car pulled up popped the truck pulled out two huge sawed offs , omg I was scared shitless!! It was going down right there.. now days alot of those same " gang members" are dead locked up or so strung out on dope.. Wichita has been having alot of murders here lately but its alot of dope robbery stuff.. not saying that's any better lol but back in the 90s the gangs rocked & rolled a little tough around here in our little town.
