Well for me skill shouldn't be a factor. Gambling is random , luck based , you pay a price. Then receive a random reward that holds a random value. It's addictive and people spend a bit of money and then naturally don't get the high value items with the least odds aka the jackpot and they constantly chase the jackpot. And keep topping up until past the point they can't afford food or rent for the month. I mean call it what you like but if it's not gambling then gambling needs to be redefined.
