I doubt he’s getting replaced, this is just a different option. In fact the goblin builder is the best value you can get for gems especially lower TH levels since it’s priced per day and magic items are a flat price.

I have to say that it looks really odd with the Apprentice being 3D and the normal builders being 2D sprites.
Yeah, they need to revamp the old sprites. I actually like the 2D a lot more, but since the heroes and all of their models are 3D, I'm assuming they're gonna go all 3D.

@@schnabelnugget1066all the 2D sprites were way better and changed with upgrade levels. Like every 5-10 levels the heroes would have aesthetic upgrades. It was so charming. Now the hero 3D skins never change…. Unless you pay up

My favorite is switching your supercell id order! It's been an issue for all my accounts and finally my prayers have been answered
I've played casually on and off for years. The thing that ALWAYS makes me stop playing is upgrade times. That kills it for me every time. Even with these reductions, if they do a new town hall every year, I'll never get to the end

i am also wondering that Grand Warden had no puppet equipment in the blacksmith while the 3 heroes have the barbarian, archer, healer and hog puppet.. if only supercell add apprentice warden puppet for blacksmith level 9 for Grand Warden to have puppet too^^
The tactical scouting is a thing in boom beach for a very long time I’m glad they added it to coc after all these years

@@koolkidrulez in normal attacks, you can always scout the base anyway but this is more apparent in the warships since it is like builder base 1.0, no scouting, only pre attack scouting but yeah
They really needed this since the time for upgrading buildings is getting massive

I don’t think that would be fun at all, unless it was a separate game mode where modifiers were applied. Otherwise you couldn’t plan effectively against it.

They should slightly reduce the cooldown to like 22-21 Hours as most people cant go online the exact same second every day to start the builders apprentice, meaning the time for you to start him will slide back by a few minutes at minimum every day. 22 Hours cooldown would allow you to activate him a litte more flexibly and keep on using him every single day.

@@lumin10 I thought that too, but they officially said the countdown starts when activated, so in total its a 23h cycle but obviously most people won't ruin their sleep cycle for 10 days in a row just to save 24 hours. The clock tower cooldown is 22h though so it could've been 22h
the time reduction is very interesting, just got to th13 some weeks ago and therfore currently actively upgrading alot and it really starts to sometimes get annoying having full storages but no builders avaible and they are stuck in like a 5 day left upgrade

Trust me, those numbers seem small but make a big difference. Plus they said it’s a work in progress, so if it’s not challenging enough they’ll increase those numbers.
@@JudoSloth iTzu did a side by side comparison of a queen charge in both modes and the spell investment needed to keep the queen alive for the initial charge in hard mode was crazy.. 3 rages, 3 freezes and poison, compared to 2 rages, 1 freeze and poison in the regular mode.

Im So Glad that clash of clans finally changed the time reduction when upgrading defeneses and storages, because it usually takes me like a month to max upgrade them on TH 13
So basically the Apprentice Builder is totally useless, pay to play, works only on one upgrade while the Builder Potion works on every current upgrade speeds up the upgrade by 10h in 1h and has no cooldown.

Wow no way that's actually crazy to go from 13 days and a couple hours per defence, to now only being 5 days for each, this is insanely good too because I was just about to start upgrading for those specific levels of cannon and archer tower at town hall 14 and now I can wait, the clash team sure knows how to keep it player base happy with creators support. Idk, I played Boom Beach until HQ20, but I really just got bored since there were too many options. Idk which base to attack, I don't want to look around for the best option, I don't like the second base thing, etc
@@amazingfireboy1848 I’ve got a max HQ account and a fully maxed statue setup and I can just blow through most bases at unless i push real high. Only play every few months tho cause it’s just not as fun as other games to me.
That tactical overview will be very helpful. There were so many times when i would try to snipe a building and and up being in range of a defense.

The time reduction is Crazy
I just so far once the new introduction for the Builder in my thoughts about them are either the price needs to come down or the time needs to go down for him to be more active so he doesn't need to be on a 23 hour cool down are let him be active for about 5 hours so if you haven't at max level and he works for 5 hours that is basically saying if you have them at max level it's a total of 40 hours

Yoo! I don't know about you guys but for me the most useful here is the reordering of supercell accounts😅 finally can do that!
I think it be cool if the latter half of a particular rank, activated hard mode for everyone in that rank. Would put more meaning behind climbing, and the trade off could be a larger amount of loot earned from attacking a hard mode base.

It's honestly kind of always been dominated by the Pay to Win gang but there used to be a balance back in the day. Nowadays it seems like everything is impossible without buying stuff here and there and purchasing the Golf Pass which makes each season alot easier with their perks.
I feel like clash of clans is the only supercel game that actually makes good updates. The cost doesn’t worry me because ik I’ll have to work on something, keeps entertainment on the game
