However shit like this shouldn't happen at all, Hagerty ought to be inspecting these vehicles before they are available to rent. God forbid someone like Craig rents a car out that isn't safe and it winds up injuring or worse killing someone, then Hagerty is gonna have a big problem on their hands.

Number 2, I'd want the rental to know all the details about my car! Obviously, Craig didn't give a damn about his car or the lives of the renters. A person such as yourself would be more than welcome to drive my car!
