Just some clarification? After you tack weld, do you run a full bead around each patch or something else? The vids only show finished portion after tack welding.
That was a smart move. Use a old front fender for the bodyline You needed. Who would of thought?

Nope, 100's of tacks, the panel will get too hot and distort if you try to run beads
@@CarGroves So then there are still spots not welded between the tacks? How do you seal it after that? I'm just curious to everyone's techniques.
@@pandamonium2112 taco tack tack, grind grind grind, look for holes, repeat. Its not easy
