Is it just me, or no other people feel like these exercises are exactly as they have to be... go with the flow style...!! Whenever i push start i look at how many rounds they have :-))) in this way i set my mind to resist until the end! So far, so good, sometimes without any mood of moving, but still starting them and pleasent moments come along
Great workout as always! I'm so glad I found your channel. After months of not being able to shed any of this excess (and I mean technically obese) weight no matter the workout, within in just 2 weeks I've lost a healthy 4 lbs. Thank you!
Workout #2... 1st I did the BG 12min tabata... I did did weighted lower body for the 1st half and then stretches for the 2nd 1/2... This workout was perfect... I don't think I could of done a really strenuous workoutctoday my mind is all over lol... So far today I have consumed 64oz of water towards my daily gallon goal... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 540 calories and completed 4,804 steps.... My green smoothie today is just like yesterday green cabbage spinach banana pineapple flax & chia seeds blended with water...

Love your workouts, such variety! Would love to hear more music without the lyrics so I can have my kids join me. Some lyrics are not for kids
