Over the many years that I have played this, the Scrap Brain Zone track has crept up on me and I really love it now, that and the special stage track which is just so 'zany' and matches crazy visuals on that stage. Scrap Brain reminds me of when I was at college the first time around and playing Sonic daily with my cousins who I lived with and our friends. Such fun times. Back when Sonic came out I was just on the tail end of teenager and my cousins were a bit younger; we were full-blown into gaming at that time. I literally spent hours every day playing.
Giving this a listen on Sonic's 30th birthday! Can't believe I've been playing this game so long as still remember the first time I played it like it was yesterday.
I will never forget when my parents brought me the Sega Genesis in the mid 90s inside the Sega Genesis was a six pack game with six games and one game console. Right away I put it in. I start the game the first game on the list with sonic the hedgehog. I spent a whole month playing that game of course I had an older sister who was playing the game. When I was alone in my room, I was determined to play this whole game and finish it. I even got to the bonus world to collect the rubies of all six emeralds I was determined to beat the game. I was the first one of my family beat this game. Now that I’m older, I could still play this game in one sit down with no interruptions this time this game will always be a fun memory in my childhood, long live sonic the hedgehog and the 90s also the early 2000s as well. I sure do miss being a 90s kid.
I'm a huge sound nerd and starting uploading certain soundtracks because so many others people have uploaded have bad compression. If you have a small list of requests I can try and get those in order.
