    If he cannot dump the garbage back out his only option is to take it to the dump and PAY them to accept the garbage orrrrrr put it back where it came from. I would absolutely give that jerk back HIS garbage. Then the plaintiff did it TWICE!!

    all your people who say he was right to dump the trash are full of it and obviously have no idea what you're talking about. You do the job and then you either file for a mechanics lien which he apparently was too lazy to do or take him to court which he apparently was too lazy to do

    • @kenthomas4668
      @kenthomas4668 5 месяцев назад +3

      Except he never got paid so he should pick it up and then pay for it to get accepted at the dump! No YOU are full of it. Cut your losses and dump his shit back out! Just because you go to court does not mean you will ever get your money. Going to court take multiple trips, not worth it even if you win.

    THAT'S CRAZY WHY FILE A LIEN AGAINST THE PLAINTIFF PROPERTY IT SHOULD BE AGAINST THE PERSON / COMPANY THE DEFENDANT CONTRACTED W/ , NOW WHAT HAD THE CONTRACTOR OWED THOUSANDS HOW'S IT THE ON THE PLAINTIFF. SO IF THE CONTRACTOR USED STOLEN TOOLS FOR THE PLAINTIFF JOB & SOMETHING HAPPENED TO THEN AGAIN HOW'S ON THE PLAINTIFF. NOT FAIR SUE THE CONTRACTOR DIRECTLY. NOW PAY THE PLAINTIFF
