Wonderful job. It was on my bucket list to see the Symphony of the Goddess tour, but they don’t seem to be active anymore. :( it looks like you’re picking up the mantle though!
Zelda's Lullaby also originated in A Link to the Past, not Ocarina of Time, but it was Ocarina of Time which associated the song with Zelda specifically.
@@robertgamer3112 Link to the Past did, too. The song was firstly associated with, and titled as, Princess Zelda's Rescue. Only later in the game did a remixed version appear for the maidens (and, again, Zelda).
Definitely true, I noticed the in-game saxophone had a completely different tone to what they used in that one pre-release trailer theme everyone got hyped about - they should've matched that properly here
@@bravely_beep The issue is likely the saxophonist’s setup, they’re using a jazz mouthpiece and a light reed which sounds way too bright. I’m sure saxophonists in the area were called and they’re all jazz folk, which is fine, but I wish they reached out to a classical saxophonist group

I was there, and this is just in the corner of a huge event. Which was great if you didn’t get tickets to the concert, as long as you were in the event, you could still hear the concert.
@@candycornshrimp had this experience too. Went to a Zelda symphony years ago at a proper theater. A group of people behind would not shut up during the entire performance. Ruined the whole experience for me.
Red Font Zelda has such a different feeling than Modern Zelda. The games today could practically be considered their own thing, but that doesnt mean they are any more or less adventurous. Past Games were just more thrilling, while the games today are true epics. This concert really reflects that difference. As much as I love the approach to adventure these newer games bring, I really hope the next game feels a little bit more like Red Font Zelda. Giving us another game in the Decayed Style Zelda with yet another broken version of Hyrule would just feel a little stale. Hopefully the next system can handle larger more dense towns.
@@JsYTA I'm assuming you just mean pre botw? They're different because it's a slightly different genre now. Also, the remake of links awakening uses white letters just like botw and totk. I think we'll have older style games continue on. And the reason I say assume is because there are a few games that use other colors, like Majora's mask.
@@Iukini More specifically talking about the Decayed Hyrule style of Zelda, I'm somewhat missing the grander, more alive Hyrule, one that takes place in the middle of a legend as appose to far far after it becomes an ancient myth.

I really want Link to wear the Green Tunic in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, and Super Smash Bros Ultimate. 😢😢😢😢
I was in the front row a sobbing mess overjoyed by nostalgia and an appreciation for the greatest videogame series ever created.
Literally 5 seconds in and I’m already crying. I knew from the first note played I’d be absolutely loving this.
To hear ToTK song live would be a dream! is the latest theme song in the saga and is now one of my favorites!

I saw them when they were touring through Germany. It was a lifew experience, definitely.
Thank you for posting this. I was at PAX West, but I worked in the classic consul room. It was fun though. 😊
Beautiful
Not a single Majora's Mask track :(
Gonna make a correction.

Never hire a jazz saxophonist to do a classical saxophone sound, as seen here in this video.

A shame that an excellent performance was interrupted by the shouting and talking from the crowd.
Shouldn’t be surprised as everyone in the crowd is clearly not dressed for a concert
