Necessary Materials
For the patties ;
1 medium onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 bowl of breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 pinch parsley
salt, mint, thyme, black pepper, pepper flakes, cumin, baking soda
2 potatoes
2 tomatoes
pepper
For the sauce ;
Tomato paste, chili flakes, black pepper, salt, 2.5 glasses of water
🔥Cooking Time: We bake in the oven at 180 °C for 30 minutes.
