I am a nephrologist and kidney doctor who believes that the best tool to reduce the burden of kidney disease globally is not medication, lab tests, or even genetics research. Instead, knowledge of kidney disease can best protect our kidneys.
This channel is part of the kidney disease awareness project I have worked on for years. It started with long conversations with kidney patients in the office and hospital. During these conversations, I was perplexed to see patients’ lack of knowledge about their kidney disease.
To fill this gap, I developed a blog for kidney disease patients, “Kidneyblogs.com,” where patients could find the correct information-and access a nephrologist for kidney-related questions. But then, I realized that not all Urdu- and Hindi-speaking patients could read English, and many preferred listening. This revelation led to the formation of the RUclips channel you will explore.

No, I would not suggest any diet to lower creatinine. I would suggest healthy diet to increase your health though.

You have provided very useful information in the video. Please continue making such videos in future . Dr Sahib I am a CKD patient and creatinine is 1.37 and eGFR is 51 . I got the RFT done most recently last week . Now my BP remains very high for the last few months. Which medicine will u recommend for me to control my BP level.
Thanks for your feedback. I will recommend you medicine after reviewing your case. And you should never ask medicines like this on social media, or in a marriage ceremony, or when see a doctor at a funeral, or any gathering. Always see a doctor in the office and ask for a proper prescription for medication and tests

Very informative lecture my creatinine creaped up to 2.1 I was comsulting a nephrologist on CMH when my creatinime was 1.4 rt only came down when I consulted a herbalist in Lahore I met number of patients who were on dyleses 2 years back up to 8 years back but they are not on dyleses mow only o managing on medicines
I am not sure what is happening with these patients, but I hope to dig into that in the near future.

But I'm a B.sc graduate and have not believed in Hakeems and homoeopathic etc I have CKD due BP from 2011. I'm regularly testing my creatine.which was 1.7 in 2011.then it reached to 2.95 in 2020. Then I started my treatment from Dr. SJ Samee khan from kalsoom hospital islamabad.he adviced me to use tab leradip, tab neosev, tab keto cell and one alpha.5. My creatinine gradually decreased. my creatinine is 1.54 recently . the question is why it is reduced to a great extent. As you said in this video that it can't be reduced to such a great extent.
Your concept about my views on creatinine comes from only one video, and it is incomplete. But in your case, I am glad that your creatinine improved although i am not sure it is good news or bad news. Then, I am not sure what is the cause of your kidney disease. Third, you haven't mentioned your urine protein. Lastly, you are not on any kidney protective medicine that is very important for your case. Can you check with your nephrologist about all these things plese.

Sir you didn't see the question mark, I believe. This video is not about how to reduce creatinine, this is about the fact that you should no reduce creatinine. And I am not sure about your education level, but our patients understand kidney disease better than nephrologists themselves. I like your comment though. Gave me a great idea for a new episode.

If Hco3 is normal in blood then no need to take sodium bi carbonate tablet as in my case I saw doctors differing in this point?...nd sodium bi carbonate tab prescribed without checking Hco3?
Yes bicarbonate tablets are used to bring up the level of bicarbonate. if your bicarbonate levels are normal without these tablets, you don't need to use this tablets

I totally believe in you. I have a question that why researchers don't research on homeopathic medicines and segregate what is beneficial and what is not. May be they could find out something new.
Wasalam. I dont think scientists believe that homeopathic is anything real or something that is not harmful, otherwise pharmaceutical companies must have stolen those chemicals and made big bucks out of it. Second, scientists dont do reserach, companies and countries do it. And no company or country believes in homeopathic, except Germany but even Germany allows homeo to be practiced under the name of remedy and not medicine, and only for minor illness.
Balance diet like fruit and vegetable and daily excersise is very necessry for healthy body
which exercises are best for kidney health or to improve kidney health.

I am suffiring from ankylosing spondylits i have been taking diclofanic sodium 100mg since 10 years sir kindly guide me what should i do i am from dubai.
Sir I am not sure this is allergy. and if it is allergy then you should go for allergy test to figure out the allergen in your life. Baqi you should stick with nephrologist about CKD management. And I am sure you are not taking diclofenac any more.
