- Proteinuria is the condition when someone has passage if Protein from the blood into the urine.Protein us a big molecule which normally should not get filtered through glomerular part of kidney and rather should stay in blood but in some disease like Ling standing diabetes,poorly controlled Hypertension or some autoimmune diseases this glomerular get damaged and some Protein especially albumin start coming out of body via urine.
Earlier this problem is diagnosed the better.
Though in past 24 hours Urinary Protein Test was in routine but collecting urine for 24 hrs was cumbersome so now we diagnose problem Urinary Protein creatinine ratio.

Dr sahab if any patient have diabetic and hypertension is controlled through medicine..serum creatinine 0.89 but acr range is 62.75 mg....can this patient after treatment can completely go away from this...and back to normal acr range within 3month...Dr sahab pls replies...i am from india and yours you tube veiwars

Sir very informative video, my wife was pregnant and had protein in her urine during her pregnancy hence the NHS concluded her with preeclampsia due to high protein in her urine however she didn’t have any blood pressure issues or other preeclampsia symptoms but after her c section her protein level is still increased in her urine and I am starting to believe that it wasn’t preeclampsia it was probably her kidney issues which NHS couldn’t diagnose now they have referred her to a nephrologist bur in
Uk NHS system is completely disastrous and messed up and I don’t trust a single word they say plus we have no idea when she will get a call from a nephrologist regarding her issues, do you think if we should wait further more in this situation as I have this fear of things getting worst if it’s delayed, anxiously waiting to hear from you
Ps: would there be any contact details of you if in case we need to book an appointment with you and you clinic address etc
