(BIQUETTE - mesclun, cromesqui de fromage de chèvre & figues, toast de pain de campagne et buchette de chèvre & miel, samossa de fromage de chèvre, emincé de poires, raisins secs, noix) I cannot speak to the rest of their menu but I am definitely recreating that salad at home. Love your videos.

Hello, your videos were instrumental in helping my girlfriend and me plan an incredible trip to Paris. I followed your recommendations as a guide during our stay and cannot praise Le Prince Racine enough. The food was exceptional - we ordered the same dishes that you recommended, the goat cheese salad and the flank steak with fries. Despite the owner/manager's limited English, we managed to place our order using my basic French. He was extremely helpful and made our visit pleasant. I highly recommend this restaurant. Additionally, the souffle place you suggested was outstanding, and the pistachio souffle was a definite highlight of our visit.
I would love that chèvre chaud salad- it’s taken me a long time to like goat’s cheese but I recently discovered that it tastes very different warm or grilled! Everything looked superb - except Antoine’s Boudin Noir - sorry Antoine! 😋 🇫🇷

Excellent post about the spring time food selections in Paris. It’s so nice that Les Frenchies thoughtfully did so in this post as menus certainly change with the seasons. Croque Madame is one of my all time favorites especially when it’s prepared like they do at Le Bouquet Des Archives. So perfectly prepared and presented. Not too many cafes prepare it like that. And while I agree with Colleen about drooling eggs, it’s impressive that they give you the option as I prefer omelettes slightly runny. Ill be staying on Rue Rambuteau this September and will definitely check this cafe out. Thank you and please keep up your great content. Josef.

Le Soufflé one of our favourite Paris restaurants. The savoury are nice but the sweet ones are to die for, amazing. They also do non Soufflé dishes which are also very good.
