Shipping Container, Tiny House & Cabin Combine To Create Epic 5 Bedroom Home

  • This weeks video combines three of my favourite things. A cabin, a tiny house and a shipping container. Put together in this instance they create a fantastic 5 bedroom home designed to be perfect for extended family.
The three structures work harmoniously together and have been placed around a garden oasis making this place a truly wonderful place to live and for family to gather.
In many ways, having seperate smaller structures such as tiny homes and shipping containers working together like this provides more options for families, extended families or even guest accommodation and the separate structures provide additional privacy and separation.
There’s a lot to love here! From a wonderfully built tiny home, constructed from SIPS and with sustainable material’s at the forefront of its construction, to an epic shipping container home which has been renovated from a container that was originally used as a relocatable bank. This is a home that’s full of stories and which is ready to create more to be told around the fire.
We hope you enjoy the full video tour of this very special place.

The most amazing set-up I've ever seen. The entire property is a 5-star resort. Creating an oasis like this in a beautiful, scenic, ocean front town like that would definetly have me disconnecting my You Tube account and finding a healthier outdoor interest like ebiking the community...daily. His culinary skills were on-point also. I am now craving lamb shish-ka-bob or rotisserie!!
Thanks for finding and showcasing this jewel of a masterpiece (I do highly agree with the hammock idea also!!)

Even at the first house, he built for them (because he was a master carpenter) they had a little one-room tiny house behind it called “the clubhouse.” I swear to God, my family is comprised of a lot of trend-setting innovators!

Well... this whole project is definitely something very exclusive, a truly elegant taste and a fairly high cost, what I mean, not exactly cheap but proportional to what he has done,
    garden included.
A quiet place but not too far from everything.
    I'm really impressed!

Love the idea of a compound to be able to share it with family and friends. The property is beautiful. Gavin is such a nice human and so very family oriented. Always grateful with every compliment Bryce gave.
A compound is what I have in mind when I move back to Puerto Rico.

Wow, Gavin! Truly 💯 to you, mate - To unite an evolving vision, family, and the extended network to dream this big to such elegant result is just sheer trust & grit. It’s beyond what I’d imagined possible before this vid (& I’ve watched all Living Big in a Tiny House team reporting since the acrobatic engineer couple’s lorrie/castle conversion). Many thanks for persevering and for being sure the YT world has seen a project built from love, sweat and joy!!! Shaka
