  • For the first 5 years of my fitness career, I learned SALES.
I learned how to make the most appealing offer regardless of the real fulfillment of results. The bottom line was how to close the biggest package, sell the most programs, bring in the most monthly revenue...REGARDLESS OF THE VALIDITY OF MY SERVICE.
Over the past 3 years I have since forgiven myself. I can see how I was misled by following the "Winners" of the fitness industry. The "Winners" in my eyes were the ones who were bringing in the most views, income, clients.
But what about impact? What about healing? I had no radar for it then...
I was taught the wrong metrics of success. So I followed the wrong practices of service. I was contributing to the confusion.
I share this to show that I mean no judgment, as I was no better...BUT:
The sales pitch of SIMPLE, EASY, INSTANT, ETC...
Has become the industry standard pitch for people's SERIOUS & LIFE-ALTERING STRUGGLES.
Inevitably, this will lead people to hop from one quick fix to another...regaining trust for a new "expert" before being let down again. Only to lose hope in their real healing, each time through this loop.
So this video is specifically NOT a quick or easy fix. Actually the opposite. It will take some learning and some time. You can handle this, you have to...there's also no other sustainable route.
My goal isn't even to give you all the answers to your Sciatica...but rather:
To lead to you ask the right questions. To understand your pain better, find clues of how you ended up here, so you can make your own roadmap back home.
YOU are the expert of YOUR back. You have to be. I hope to give you context & direction, with all the things I learned as a former back sufferer. This is the realest help I could offer.
It won't push sales, but it will save lives. And for that, I can sleep tonight just fine.
I hope this first video on Sciatica brings you some hope and clear direction. Each day that you learn, explore and train...you are getting closer to your pain-free goal.
    Rooting for ya.

“even if your pain isn’t showing on an MRI” literally my scenario and the medical system doesn’t believe me, nor do they understand this and they’re so difficult to help me with what i actually need, financially just to survive and fully heal. luckily i found a truthful doctor practice that has no government restrictions and don’t souly rely on what the scan says and who have a deeper sense. but there’s no time to waste.

Pressing the like button before even finishing the full video. Very important information here. I've also had a PT give me the knee hugging exercise for my back pain... squeeze the jelly out of the donut is a good way to put what that exercise was probably doing.

It's as if you are in my head. Your explanations exactly describe everything i've ben going through for years. I've become averse to "professional therapist" whose only expertise quite frankly is relieving from our money. 5 minutes listening to you is worth more than all the degrees these charlatans in the medical/therpay industry collectively. Their incompetence is astounding. But I digress. I'm grateful I found your channel. Your advise is gospel. Thank you for setting us on the correct path to healing.

I have no issues with flexing but extensions are so painful. I also have sciatica to my left leg and extreme.pain in the left buttock, even in my belly. The pain is the worst when walking or standing straight. I would like to start implementing your ideas but it seems.that they are for people who get relief in extensions. How about the rest on the other side.of symptoms? Any help possibile? What protocol could be helpful?

I had dm you, but to recap what i said I’ve dealt with nerve pain for almost a year. At first i thought i pulled my hamstring and had hamstring tendinopthy. But it wasnt. I am a college athlete i run track been in p.t for months little to no improvement they took a mri of my sacrum and femur and it came back clean. Just until recently this week i felt the sharpest low back pain and the pain extended to my hip thigh and calf.

I got a herniated disc because I strained forward bending too much. And you tell me I can lean forward again. It has been going on for 10 months and has improved to some extent.I do the mckenzie exercise, it relaxes the backbend.I start stretching my calves. But I don't know how to warm up my hamstrings. When I bend forward, I feel nerve pain in my leg, like a knife stabbing. My physical therapist and the MRI results confirmed 100% that it was just a hernia.I'm waiting for your new videos. I'm 24. See you soon. (l5-S1)

Okay i went to the gym this week i done 3 rounds of back extensions and felt intense pain that lasted the whole session..it felt debilitating i had to rest for ages. Is this likely due to tight lower back muscles or the pinching of a nerve.
Context : 28 years old played basketball for since 14 and at 21 till now experienced pretty bad pain that progressed to fully stopping me playing. Walking more that 30 mins causes pain typically. Cycling does not hurt, i have a pelvic tilt and have been made aware of have weak hips and and weak glutes

tu espalda no tiene la capacidad para soportar las 3 rondas por eso el dolor, no debes pasarte comienza con 1 ronda hasta fortalecer es lento el proceso.
