To the DIY guy that don't have a lift or a way to get all 4 tires on the air, make sure you lift both tires of the ground. Otherwise you are going to spend a lot of time hitting and pushing the bar with no luck. You see, once you lift one tire, the other that is on the ground is placing a lot of pressure on the bar you are trying to remove. Good luck
so did you move the old bushing out of the way to get the vice grips in there cuz i just tried this and i ended up stripping the torx head on the bolt and the nut was just spinning the bolt as well and i’m about to go buy a dremmel and cut these damn things off

are the front links the same part for the fronts? or are they different between driver and passenger side? Thanks

I did it on a lift, so yes no jack needed. You could do it on a curb if you don't have lifting tools.
Take the tire off next time
