You definetly should turn the ignition on when you replaced the pump cause of screen cleaning while refilling. Did this as well and 50ml more went into the Haldex...

On Volvo, they say drive 5-10 minutes to really circulate all the oil through all the plates and system.

I will give it a thumbs up but it would be helpful to see what the plug connector looked like so I know how to get it off what type of plug and also don’t you start the car run it get it warm and then check the fluid and probably add more

Hi just gonna give some info that might help some people. My haldex stopped working so I did this in the video and still didn't work so I replaced the pump and it still didn't work I then took it to a vw specialist who updated the software on the haldex controlle module still didn't work it turned out that the control module was broken but still acted like it was OK. It would communicate fine perform output test and no codes would show hope this helps people looking as I had a nightmare with mine.

2016 Audi A3 owner here. The previous owner of the vehicle that I have now didn't keep up with the maintenance of the fluid for the Haldex. Cost me $174 (CAD) plus $96 (CAD) for the Haldex Fluid to replace the damn thing.
