I wish the MCU would do more animated stuff. With animation you have a lot more freedom to do things that’d be impossible to do in live action stuff.

Civil War 2 was dumb to me. Most of the problems would've been solved by having a small group actually investigate the predictions.
Agreed, the first Civil War was better. And the comic was much better than the movie.
My thoughts on how to do a JL/Avengers crossover: make three movies. One focusing on the JL, another on MCU, and the third is both. The first two movies will have parallel storylines wherein the teams are tasked with finding objects from the other universe stashed away in their own with each movie being done by their own regular studio. The team that fails to get them before the other does has their universe erased. The idea is to make a Prisoner’s Dilemma. Neither side wants either universe to be erased but they don’t know how the other team feels while also being worried about their own safety in case the other team completes their objective. Each movie ends with them just about to meet each other, which culminates in the third movie wherein they are made to fight each other but then strike a deal to work together to get rid of the cosmic beings that put them in this mess to begin with.
But this requires the DCEU to be further along in addition to the companies playing nice nice with each other in addition to actually bothering with making a trilogy of this. I just think one movie isn’t enough but three definitely complicates things, especially as the first two movies might wind up being boring if for no other reason than it’s all just a setup for what we all want and paid to see.

Maybe some of the stories will be in the MCU, but with a lot of changes. They kinda did the same thing with other series form the MCU after all. So it won't be a surprise if they would try change an couple of things form one of the comic's storylines to fit with the MCU.
Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe, which eventually leads to him breaking into the “real” world and killing everyone that works for Marvel Comics.
The entire story of Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe could just be an end credits montage for one of the upcoming Deadpool movies.
Deadpool kills the x men universe so he goes on the run in the mcu and the sentinels are after him.

Add "Spider-man versus Wolverine" to the list. There's zero chance, ZERO, that Disney would ever release a movie where Spider-man kills an innocent bystander.

@@adnan_honest_jihadist5775 He had just lost a hard fight to Wolverine when a reporter tapped him on the shoulder. His spider sense was still alerting him to danger so he thought it was Wolverine and turned around to blindly throw a punch, instantly killing the female reporter.

I never knew Marvel made another comic book character collaboration with a record company. The first was the mutant Dazzler which was a creative collaboration with Marvel and Casablanca Records.
JL v Avengers would make a fantastic animated movie. 🤷🏼♂️

I love that they used their asinine magic to undo Peter marrying the best wife any comic character has ever had from all of continuity so that they are just super serial boyfriend and girlfriend, but never once I did that time Peter’s college girlfriend made time with the actual Green Goblin…

Funny thing is, the Author, JMS, actually wanted to have One More Day to erase Sins Past, but the higher ups at Marvel vetoed that idea.
@@leomoreno7369 I've heard that the inital plan of OMD involved reviving Gwen along with Harry, but they only decided to bring back Harry, which is whatever to me. Now your telling me that OMD could've retconed Sins Past and Marvel didn't take it. Screw that. What ever Nick Spencer is doing with Kindred and that characters relation to Mephisto and possibly OMD, please let it be a way to fix OMD. As for Sins Past, at this point as long as no modern story brings back elements of it or reminds people that it had happened, we just pretend it never happened.
I would LOVE to see the original Infinity Gauntlet saga. With Silver Surfer, Adam Warlock, Galactus

Marvel has a big problem with starting huge storylines off wonderfully and then tanking the ending
"God loves, Man kills". That's an X Men story that will NEVER make it into the MCU, despite how amazing it is. Not only that, we'll never see the comic book version of William Stryker in the MCU either 😩

A storyline I’d love to see is She-Hulk and Spider-Man suing J Jonah Jameson and the Daily Bugle for lies, slander and defamation of character.
But who knows. Maybe they could implement that story in the She-Hulk TV series?

To be honest their hasn't been a true adaptation of any Marvel comics storylines.
I could maybe see some of these storylines on What If.
Civil War II and Secret Empire were Marvel stories made to assassinate the characters of the Captains. Both stories were handled like garbage.

They already did Secret Empire. It’s called Agents of SHIELD, the back half of season 4. It actually ran concurrently to Secret Empire, too, though it’s a lot less batshit than that storyline.
But Captain America wasn't even in Agents of SHIELD. Wasn't Secret Empire about Cap being a HYDRA agent?
They’ve already said agents of shield is no longer canon so anything that happened didn’t.

Captain America turning fascist is the most iconic aspect of that story, but the broad strokes are still there: Mass brainwashing, a government taken over by HYDRA. A few of the main characters in AOS are even Inhumans, a specific parallel for marginalized groups Secret Empire, rather than the Mutants.
@@jamesmnaylor -It’s still canon. One of the actresses said Season 7 is doing its own thing, so they basically played with the timeline in their own little sandbox.
If you made this list for characters, you'd probably include Lylla. James Gunn was pretty clear about why she wouldn't be in the MCU.
Sins past and sins remembered definitely sounds pretty weird and I would be glad if they didn't however what I would love to see is Deadpool kills the Marvel Universe

The real reasons we'll never see Civil War II in it's comics form are (1) No Tony Stark anymore and (2) It would make Carol Danvers look bad.

I don't know how any of these stories would work in the MCU. But a cartoon movie or TV universe would make it alot more simple and easy to pull off.
I like how as soon as the narrator gets to Civil War 2 he says "It probably won't happen". That's a far cry from "never" dude. And as far as this list goes, never is a long damn time. In addition, considering the "What if?" series and the introduction of the multiverse, once again, never is a long time. Never say never.
Secret Empire was a hugely misunderstood event. It doesn't disgrace Steve's legacy. It infact explains perfectly why Captain America is such an important hero. Its such a good story culminating in a twist in the end.
I think it’s hated by many Americans for turning their „national“ hero. If you read it without relying on patriotism and pride etc. It’s actually a pretty decent story.
Pretty much spot on list here, although Avengers/JLA is one of my favorite comic series ever.

I loved Secret Empire
I think that number 1 can not be done, for one more reason. Captain Marvel looks like she is at the same age in both Endgame and Captain Marvel, but, maybe, she is in her 50s to 60s. At these ages, I think that a woman can't give birth to a baby.
I’m surprised to hear about everything that character Nightcat. I knew they had tried to do something similar with Dazzler in the 1970s/early 80s, but I didn’t know they attempted a similar concept again

@@carlosjaimez9028 actually I think they'll compare it more to DC since they're direct rivals, but won't matter as long they put as much effort into as they do they're live action films but also allow more creative freedom and mature writing.
We want another "Civil War" in the MCU franchise.
Civil War 2 is one of the dumbest storylines ever in Marvel comics. Under no circumstances should it be adapted.

@@dreamguardian8320 Agreed on both points. The comic versions of Civil War was better than the MCU version by a mile. Not that the MCU version was terrible it was just one movie instead of a series.
I would like to see that story where superman was divided into a red superman and a blue superman come to the big screen. It would be unexpected. :)
If they bring Secret Wars and House of M, I am sure it will blast off charts. I know Wandavision was based off House of M, but we need a original House of M with the fabled, "No More Mutants." And Secret Wars is one of the most epic, it has Doctor Strange's death, God Doom, the Molecule Man and so much!

I am so sick of people saying the MCU is “light-hearted”. Entries like “Infinity War”, “Endgame”, “Wandavision”, and “Loki” proves how painfully nihilistic it is!
None of those are painfully nihilistic. Infinity war was predictable and I know how it's gonna end. The only " sad " thing about endgame is Iron Man's death because Iron Man 1 was a masterpiece of a movie. Wandavision and Loki are just tv shows really. I think the mcu downplayed and made weaker adaptations in terms of story but great in terms of cinematography and acting. Like they didnt show Spider man getting beat to death or Iron Man's brutal death by Thanos and his power in Infinity War like how it was originally in Infinity Gauntlet comic. Wandavision is limited to a town when in the house of m storyline, it affect entire realities where mutants are killing each other, and theres a version where spider man and gwen stacy dies with the entire universe along with them. Loki is just Loki, its a very fun show but it kinda retcons the way the multiverse is perceived.

Infinity war is literally about snapping half the universe, its really nothing because its just marvel and I know how its gonna end anyways. The movies are nothing to me, theres no dread it in compared to their original source material. Only softiest are affected by something like that.

That last one sounds like something put of berserk, basically the same concept though we do know casca was raped by griffith, and the demon child born was eventually used to reincarnated griffith back to his human form and be on the physical plane!

I am hoping that there will be a second part to civil war now that more characters are being added and as a lot of the comic story arcs where left out it would be cool if they did a show, fist season focusing on the fist main comic as well as the side stories and the second on part two

I think Secret Empire could be a cool “What If?” story. America’s symbol of hope and freedom turning out to be a sleeper agent for HYDRA would be interesting, especially if maybe Steve is the villain and Bucky turns out to be the hero somehow!!!

I believe that Civil War Two can be done in the MCU. This will include all of the heroes and not just a dozen Avengers fighting at an airport runway. Also, this will be an excellent time to introduce the X-Men and The Inhumans.

While X-men doesn't need to join MCU(Unless hails from self-contained universe where Fermi Paradox works better there than in Earth-1218. Even when they interacts with other marvel characters in MCU) Fantastic 4 must join MCU

Planet Hulk and World War Hulk, they gave a nod and a wink to Planet Hulk in Thor 3 but it didn’t really go anywhere.
They can’t actually do a solo Hulk film, you know. Universal owns rights to that.

Elements of Spider-Man: The Other was partially adapted in Spider-Man: No Way Home, some elements to the Earth-1610 Ultimates was adapted in the Avengers films, an element from Secret Empire was partially adapted in Doctor Strange In The Multiverse of Madness & elements of the Deadpool Killogy will be partially adapted in Deadpool 3.

I was kind of surprised that Avengers & X-Men: Axis wasn't on the list. For those who don't know, Avengers & X-Men: Axis was a storyline where several members of the Avengers and the X-Men, along with some of their enemies, have their moral compasses inverted by a spell cast by Doctor Doom and Scarlet Witch, causing the heroes to become evil and the villains to become good.
Well mcu will have some ideas when ever they can or can not
