I went 10.2 @132.5mph on my B9 S4 with a pure750 at 8200 DA and a 1.445 60 foot launching at 3500 rpm on drag radials.

I just went stage 1 with my b9 sq5. Loving it so far but it's only been 1 week. I'm sure I will be upgrading the turbo in the future(when stage 1 gets boring)

Just for reference and for any other viewers, a good way to avoid this whole endeavor would generally be to avoid doing your test hit in front of the cops.
Hybrid turbo your car! Do the RS injectors and 4 bar MAP sensors if you have access to ethanol.
Looks like she rips. 3.6 0-60 is solid for that heavy of a car.

With my TTE710 my best launches happened at 2800 RPM, even on the track with track tires. My TTE810 is going to be different for sure.

@@IgnitionTube yeah, if I built boost much it would just spin the wheels. You can see the challenges I had in my last S5 video.
must use wider tyre, and highend one.. like cup2. but, wait for the summer or dry day :)
I’ve heard that it takes much longer for the hybrid turbos to spool up so take off is much slower. Did you find this to be the case?
Also, I’m in RI with a 2020 SQ5 034 stage 2. I’d love to meet up sometime and talk cars if you know of any meets?
Can’t wait for IE stage 3 for B9.5 for SQ5 did a 3.87 0-60 on stage 2 and just got HPFP and TTE710 hoping for sub 3.4 once IE drops B9.5 stage 3/3+

Beware, my 19’ SQ5 which is only stage 1 has almost complete bearing failure. A bunch of glitter in the oil and is not driven hard. Hopefully more b9 owners don’t share the same fate. Great content though as always!
How do you know its glitter in the oil from bearings? What oil and intervals are you running?

The S6 was faster and had significantly less money in it, but significantly more potential issues
@@IgnitionTube yeah, I heard they have issues. But I was thinking maybe once you upgrade and do all the performance upgrades, the issues would be gone. I guess the s6 after 2018's are good?
@@jmello2798 the newer s6/s7 are the same engine as the RS5 2.9tt. No longer 4.0tt

Yep.. I would've done it by now if not for that headache. Hoping someone releases a stock cat stage 3 tune so the only thing that would need to be swapped is the downpipe
I believe IE has a stock cat file for hybrid turbos, but don’t quote me, shoot them an email and ask!

Do you notice much turbo lag with the upgraded turbo? That’s the one concern that’s keeping me from pulling the trigger.

Jealous of the HPFP piston….can’t wait for them to release it. Don’t want to spend money on APR…and refuse to buy 034! Hopefully it can come out soon for everyone
